✅ Proposed acquisition of the Raglan Project acquisition near completion. First gold production targeted Q4 2025.

✅ Pre-completion restructuring to remove surplus assets reduces acquisition cost to A$1.01m plus any applicable GST in cash.

✅ Further Q4 2025 updates expected to include assay results, wash plant trial outcomes & potential conclusion of Creswick JV.
