the RNS reads as drilling by Sept, does that mean spud by the start of Sept.....? to me it does, but others may think differently......!

also "preparatory operations have commenced.", so with materials and equipment already in Georgia, how long to prep a re-drill/deepening of the existing well..........? x4 weeks......!
