I believe that rules surrounding theshold crosses for a notification are relaxed when still in an accumlation (or the other) phase.........! :)

Talk of buy out value I like, however what would max premium be on a per share basis.....?

What I'm trying to get across is for a 20p per share offer, the SP would have to be @ 13 and one third pence for a 50% premium..........! :()
