but some are suggesting that it's a forecast (in the know even) that flows will be poor, which it isn't, as it's just an option re:design and like you and I see, a rapid option to production.......! :()

They are just looking into "several" options, and have got the ball rolling re:design before actual flow rates are confirmed by EWT........! :)
