Highly unlikely, actions against Directors or Companies are normally taken in multi million pound cases. If the purpose was to gain Director disqualification then the FCA would be interested. TBH I felt way back last year when the share rose to 7p, warrents were cashed and the news flow that was issued warrented action. Still might, but be very careful with your aims, anger costs money, and legal expenses can reach £50k on a blink. Have a good day.

Bluepanther, yes, essential. Doubt they would accept a win/pay situation, unfortunately the odds of claiming monies are minimal. But for advice on how best to approach this and be sure about what is to gained it is a no brainer. Anyway GL

Steve, that is something i was planning to do over the weekend. I felt with the recent 200k sells they just changed ii hands, and as we saw with the 175k disposals a similar scenario seemed to be in place, hence keeping a very orderly market. I asked a few times for others opinions on that, only Moljen replied, Had the trades have been all sells we wouldhave crashed further and we know there were quite a few corresponding biys for the 175k trades.

Don"t know the ins and outs silverfox, but i would have thought so.

Wish you all the best with that, presuming you have the time and support needed. For 20 years my businesses specialised in insolvency, debt recovery, forensic accounting and on a few occasions were succesful in proving Directors responsible for trading insolvently, in what is a very difficult area to work in. The area i would focus on is the misleading RNSs issued by the company, unfortunately to prove fraud is so rare, as there has to be intent, and too many companies fall under the financial thresholds that are needed for any cost effective forms of litigation. It reminds me of the years Tom Winnifrith savaged this company and stopped after meeting Satu at the Investor shows, would love to know why he went silent on VAL at that point.

Worth taking legal advice, but as in all the se matters costs rise quickly and the odds for recompense are tiny. BOL.

So we know just short of 2m shares have been disposed of, just over 10% of their holding. Going to spend a bit of time on all ii holdings over the weekend, it seemed that more had been disposed of, but certainly seems to have covered a few 175k sells and the more recent 200ks. They still own 16.3m (4.2%) so again hopefully they have finished disposing for now. The market suggests for now at least they have.

Even up to Wednesday the indicitive SP was 6.20/6.80, finished yesterday 7.20/7.80 a full point up and my P/F along with others seemed far more pallatable this morning.

Can"t believe another week passes us by, will take a 7.50/8 close on no news, we shall soon find out.

I don"t believe the RNS had much to do with anthing today, we have been rising from a very over sold situation for many days now. We can speculate all day what is behing this rise, on no news, but the explanations given resignate with me.

Good day again. That is now 25% up from our 6p low just ten days ago. Sure we are feeling better about our top ups in recent times. Dare i say after two days that we might be free frm the shackles of a constant seller. Talking of Trinity Delta this might have been posted since Feb 5th, so just a repost and hope their valuation is within reach.............

Investment case
Scancell has reported H119 results in line with expectations. The cash position was £7.6m, with the net loss of £3.24m compensated for by the two equity raises, totalling £14.9m, over the past year. Development appears to be progressing well, with important clinical programmes expected to start patient recruitment during the next two quarters. Additionally, in January 2019 the management team has been strengthened by two important new hires. As detailed in our Initiation note, we value the company, using a risk-adjusted DCF model, at £82.0m, or 21.1p a share.
