No MMs moved in price yesterday, and CFEP, to explain my post, seemed to keep changing quantity and prices to stay on 7.20 bid. Lets see if that continues.

If I had to guess, CFEP are holding the bid at 7.20.

Will still take 30k at 7.22, but we have fallen on far less. Lets see what happens

Just moving on from the personals on this BB, I respect what you are trying to do. I spent most of my life in legal work around debt recovery and insolvency and just a bit of advice if you want it.

Be very sure what you are trying to achieve by getting together as an "Action Group of very disgruntled shareholders". I would suggest the chances of getting any financial recompense is zero, and the costs involved are ludicrous, given that.

What I would do, in view of so many engineered RNSs and placings over the years, just count up how much has been raised against the expenditure. The only realistic action is one where the BOD are seen as unfit Directors where a liquidator could be appointed and recommendations are made to the Financial Authorities for disqualifications from being a Director for up to 15 years, and in extreme cases where fraud, trading insolvently do carry penal sentences and Directors can be held personally liable. TBH the chances of it going that far are minimal.

Of course in that scenario your shares will be worthless and if put into administration will probably be sold to the likes of Valiseek, with any monies paid for the IP going straight to the liquidators.

I hope the point i am making comes across as be sure to know exactly what you want to achieve, definately get the backing of the correct Financial Authority, and don"t waste serious money going to solicitors. As much as i admire the intentions and togetherness, think it through very carefully, apart from releasing anger it is hard to see any way you can benefit. Probably for peace of mind, set aside a small reserve fund to get the appropiate legal advice.

Remember too Freddie you have often insulted posters too who called it right. Not surprised Val Ju won"t even consider taking advice, he just filtered anybody with a different opinion anyway. My money is on nothing will come from it all, VAL will hide behind insider information and any futile action without advice will just speed up the process of closing down VAL and taking the IP to Valiseek, perhaps. Based on that, in short the notification of issue of grant for China (27/12/18) should be through, and the U.S.A grant (25/1/19) and the Japanese grant (29/1/19) are running at 4/5 weeks in the cycle.

Knowing that I hope will stop some feeling Scancell are dragging their heels over not informing the market and shareholders. In any event why on earth would they do that??

Those are the dates that the notification of grant was sent - the US was notification of being "ready for issue" was 25th Jan.

There is a subsequent administrative task to actually prepare and actually issue the patent. the use patent was sent to the FDC (Final Data Capture) on the 5th Feb. From there it is typically 3-5 weeks for the patent number to be issued and a sealed copy sent to the Office of Patent Publication.SCLPRE: Konar/Patents4 Feb '19

Guess we all knew it was coming...but hoped for news prior to the event leaving a higher sp.
When the news came...initially I was gutted but soon after I was able to buy more stock at just a tad over the placing SP.
My average has now improved and if decent news cometh.....there's hopefully only one way forward....that's up...
So that's my thoughts for what they are worth ..... inadvertently for once I've got the placing deal....
