Purcha- I'm assuming you haven't read the report which was published which valued our assets otherwise you wouldn't have come up with your valuation. I suggest you do a bit of reading tonight. Start off point would be to go onto Eurasia's website.
I'm in odx and everyone was saying the same there too 'why no sales', 'we're going to be left behind' etc.... calling for the CEO to go and all kinds. Yes patience has been tested but that patience will turn into reward when the first bit of news comes out. People are seeing other shares go up and are losing their focus on their own investment. Remember why you invested in the first place, revisit you research and if you're happy, hold and wait but if you're having doubts, sell and move on. Our time will come and when it does, every man and his dog will be back slapping each other. GL
Thank you. Think I'll hold off for now and see how the US reacts during the afternoon.
What would the share price need to be here to catch up with the US' pre open market? Looking to take a position but don't want to get spiked
We've got two companies which have listed us as a partner on their website, one in USA and one in India. Clearly everything is set up and we're just awaiting approvals. Once they sign off, then it's all systems goes.
They always say sitting on your hands is the hardest lesson to learn in trading. GL
Rasher - you won't lose any shares. The offer is up to you if you decide to take it. If you wish to take up the offer, you'll get 1 share for every 37 (or how many they've stated in the RNS) you hold. You will have to let your broker know and have funds available on the day of the transaction date. You will keep your existing shares unless you sell of course. In my experience, the share price usually retraces to the placing price which in turn allows you to buy at that price. Hope this helps
I agree mark. When a placing is announced, the price eventually always finds it way to the placing price. Look at ODX not long ago. Everyone was shouting that the price would never touch the placing price and it certainly did. Those shares will all need to be flipped and bought by PI's. The news is good apart from the placing however the placing needed to be done to keep the company moving forward. Thus company has a very big future but don't expect too much from the price for a while, the brakes have been put on. GL
Basically we've risen c100% in 2 weeks so the aim regulator has contacted our Normand for an answer. We've been told to refer to the last RNS which tells us we're in a sales process. They also stated that due to them being in a sales process, they're limited to what they can say to shareholders hence them just saying today 'refer to previous rns'. This will drop today no doubt as mm's will create fear but like many others have said, it'll be a great buying opportunity and I wouldn't be surprised to see a blue finish.
Vascular, if you have any doubts, I would suggest to call Paul Wallbrook (number can be found bottom of any rns'). He will confirm and answer any other questions you might have. I've called him up a few times and I always find him very helpful. GL
I spoke to ODX too regarding the round up. They've confirmed they rounded up to 98% which meets MHRA approval. They also emphasised the point that there isn't another test out there like ours which meets the requirements of the MHRA which gives the consortium great confidence with the product. GL for the coming week.
Someone on twitter claiming they contacted the company who have confirmed that MHRA and gov orders will be delivered by month end. Don't give your shares away cheap guys
Yes we won't be part of the tender as people have already pointed out it's for deliver service however, with 200k tetsts aday that need to be delivered, who will be supplying these tests?? .....ODX baby!!
I'm glad the flanks RNS was released otherwise it would've been doom and gloom on here with new conspiracies claiming NN have put a stop to it etc.. yes CS could've added a bit more colour I.e resource included but I think they want to play the sale game close to their chest hence making the companies interested sign under NDA's. Like others have said, let's just sit back and watch this beautiful story unfold. Gla
