Was 8.8p before the update

The sp sank on Sept 8th after poor results despite possible offer coming . Down to 5p now 6p. Maybe market is beginning to price in a sale. I’m guess 15p but I’m not the expert here. Anyone else?

However couple of shooters have exited and the x-divi date is drawing closer. The likelihood of a bid for escode still seems to be up for debate. I can’t see that shorts think that way although some of them keep their foot in.

The scale of the proposal is so huge it needs to go through the highest level at NCI. They want Optimal in their own hands and/or stake in Fusion to have full control of the screening process . Basically they want full access to Optimal and Fusion without hindrances.
