Neil has been talking up mks for a long time.
I don't know why he suddenly posted garbage about a 5% premium. For me, that makes him lose credibility.
Now I don't know what his motives are.

It depends.
If you are a big boy with big share dealing account you end up paying taxes on dividends possibly 20%.
However, ISA share dealing account and pension accounts like SIPP do not pay tax on dividends. So lot of people do not need to pay the tax

The MKS food I bought at Ocado is the same price as in store. If it cost me 5% more I wouldn't buy it.

It might dip to 98/99p. If that holds its still trading in a rising channel. From end of may a rising channel has developed and bounce off 98/99 would means is still in uptrend in a rising channel. Not that I trade it too much but for me it's not really constantly going down. Mks rose strongly since beginning of August when it hit 92p. 98.5p would be the 76.4% retrace. I'm hoping that holds as it's the bottom of the channel.

But if it bounces here, 6p is not worth crying about.

I'm holding a lot of shares although took some off at 111-114p range. Still got a lot, to a degree, mks is a master of its own destiny now. Brexit is making it more difficult though from sp perspective. Even though the company may be doing well, it could sell off badly over Brexit. One has to hope the Tories do not completely wreck it all.
