News of a reverse takeover deal which needs to be struck by July this year. Also news on the new BOD plan to take the company forward. If you read about the company you will see they have acquired an impressive group recently.

News will be as soon as we think? DL sounded very diligent and when interviewed he said he needs to look at 100 deals to find one he likes. They will want to make it the right deal and if we have to wait a bit longer for that then fair enough. 3 1/2 months is plenty of time to get it right.

Definitely looks like July and he said July... from a RNS China Africa continues to be required to complete a reverse takeover within six months of 11 January 2017 or face suspension from trading on AIM.

Just to confirm - PJ on the mining maven podcast 2nd Feb 17 confirmed the RTO needs to take place by the 11th July 2017.

1st of July I believe? It was discussed on a podcast I listened to. It's definitely the start of July.

Why do you think that Sea? Nothing has changed in the last few days has it? What's keeping me calm is that if someone is selling down then the board wouldn't announce anything till they're done would they? They've just changed name and setting up the website etc, worst case they can't get a deal done and they shut the doors. I can't really see that happening here with the Calibre of the team although that's only my opinion.

Point me towards the 100% sure thing that costs 2.5p a share Joe?! are you an investor here? as you can read by my posts i obviously consider this a risk and would like news to alleviate some doubt but if you listened to the podcast interviews given by the new CEO he doesn't seem an individual to rush into things.. fingers crossed the RTO pans out and we invest in some solid assets, until then everything is speculation. GLA

I think we are in for another week of the seller getting out and no news, let's just strap ourselves in and have confidence as the reason I have bought in is the new board of directors and their experience. Things should get better here but daily predictions of news are more out of hope that expectation.

Sure we heard that Yesterday, oh and the day before, and probably the day before that? No offence but everyone is just speculating based on air.. everyone is welcome to their opinion but it would be good to see some news based on evidence. quite frustrating, GLA
