Having read through carefully the deal is sensible and logical and fair to both parties. The offtaker is assuring themselves we can continuously supply, which is important to them and we are getting revenue at a good price to pay for further production and upgrades. The last paragraph say they are still in discussions with OTHER parties for our product. I feel once we prove we can deliver there may be a bit of a bidding war for our product. That's my take on it.

Very sad isnt it. All the 1960's people will put up for it. The Donny Donkey as I call Milliband and Angy have all got the mind set of those times long gone and the causes from then that dont exist now. We in the midst and north had it shoved into us from birth we must vote labour. Only in recent decades have we reasoned WHY? Labour always makes the working man pay and shoves him backwards and that's why voting has changed. Realisation dawned. I am convinced if they go to full term of office it will take a decade for a new gov to get us back to square one as usual. I genuinely fear for my grand and great grand children and the country they leave them. If Starmer is an honest man with any integrity he will do as his own MP's have called on others leaving PM's to do, call a general election.

I dont know about the most of you but at the present sp I have got half my money back and look forward to getting the rest pretty soon. 4PS. it makes sense to me. If the auditors are reputable then they have to think about future business. Business they may not get going forward if they are perhaps tarnished by something shady. That's my thinking on it.

The more I look at this the more I reason the auditors came out of this because they probably didnt want to be part of what they may have seen as something untoward and be hauled over the coals for it. Just my take on what may be the reason.

Just seen the second rns which pretty much confirms what you guys have said. However, with Cooley it's the acquisition or disposal box that's ticked and with CEO its Event changing the breakdown that's ticked which made me think Dr Cooley had disposed some of his stock.
