I would go for $2Billion +15% of Sales or £3Billion in total MINIMUM

And what Value is the remainder of the land/Oil/Gas (NOT in the JV) Worth?

Although the Canadian Market in COPL is much smaller, if there were to be large Investor Purchases are these covered by the Market moving shares from LSE to XOP Markets, thereby reducing the number of Shares MM have available here?

If so, a late trade (e.g. 20:30 Lon time) on XOP I'm guessing could only be covered Next morning when London Opens

Would hope we are now appearing on a few companies "Target Takeover" lists, so our JV partner (whoever?) should pull their fingers out or miss the boat.

I'm guessing the funding currently needed is $5m-$10m, this is still peanuts when looking forward at 1Bil Barrels+.

A fair and decent offer to all parties is all that's wanted.
