Well I can sell 1.2m at 1.52 so very different to the stated bid.

Suddenly the offer price went up to 1.60...a big buy maybe?

I wondered how long it would be until he came back from under his rock.

So much for going down to 1…eh?

It certainly seems that MPL has got a decent case to retain the asset and I wonder if they have been able to utilise some expertise from their institutional investors, some very notable companies here.

I did report his post as saying about slapping people over the face is just not on!

We all know the risks here and if you don't then see the last RNS and the share price free fall after that.

I remain invested and haven't sold one, very tempting as it may be but rightly or wrongly I feel there are bigger gains ahead.

It wasn’t an easy decision just to leave 4.6m just waiting to vanish! To say I felt sick on the last RNS was an understatement!

I am so glad I held my nerve and didn't sell andy and actually bought £10k more at 0.50.

This is certainly massive news, not certainty of a win but very encouraging to say the least.

Who on earth is buying up 1,000 shares at £5 a pop?

Doesn't seem worth it, don't think there is anyone looking to scoop up shares as at that rate it would take years!

I've been invested in this at 1.5p, yes kicking myself for not selling at a profit, yes felt very sick on the news on Tuesday.

However, we are here now and I have not sold any in fact I bought more at 0.58pm, call it blind opptimism but I think there is more that will happen with this particular when you look at who the stakeholders are and the contracts in palce.

There is a chance that this could be overturned and MPL continues and they are dead set on fighting it all the way.

I have over 4m of these so I truely hope that it all comes off, but big risk to say the least, but if and lets face it, it really is a big IF then I will be a very happy chap as I'm sure a lot of you will be.

We should be discussing the long term prospects for the company and share price aspirations.

Personally long term this has massive potential, those who are impatient shouldn't be in this share it is all going to take time. But events can move quickly if more banks wish to get on board with the new tech.

The thing I like about this share is it has had massive gains over the past month and even with the drop a few weeks ago, is back it is back to where it was so there must be confidence out there in the board to deliver.

The prospects are significant, with a relatively low MCap considering the potential it must have more legs in it even before news drops which will send it into orbit. We have had nice and steady gains over the past week so very encouraged to see this.

Also, the chat here is also nice a quite now that the shorters have got burned with their talk of fund raising...happy days ahead I hope!

Thank you all for your input into how risky this is an that we must bail ASAP to save our skins. It comes down to knowing this is money you can afford to lose! Those who are portraying doom may have alternative motives the same as those ramping the share, everyone has their own motives.

All shares carry a risk but sometimes the reward far outweighs the risk and I belive this to be the case for BANK. I take the risk and know fully I could lose it all, but I could also make a fortune.

So for me I'm sticking with my £30k investment at 7p and I think the upside is extremely good, but the risks are great but hey I will take my chances!

Very glad I did a few top up yesterday, totalling £40k.

I think we may see a further recovery taking place in the coming months and hopefully not that long to wait until the US licence gets approval.

Why the sudden uptick in buys for the last 30 mins?

I have been holding since the big drop and bought in a it seemed cheap and not sold since, so looking forward to a continued rise with results hopefully very positive!

I think you could be right, for me it's actually de-risked given the growth story so far and if the money comes in from HM Govt then it will be a great pay day! Yes there is always a chance of funding through right issue but hey I think its a great potential growth story from here.

From the RNS: All conditions precedent to the Acquisition have therefore now been satisfied and the Acquisition has therefore completed in accordance with the terms of the binding agreement between the Company and Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co Ltd. Accordingly, the Company now has a 90% interest in CARN, which owns 100% of the high-grade Berg Aukas underground zinc-lead-vanadium project near Grootfontein.

As much as I would love this to come back I'm slowly thinking now that there will be no rescue, read the POLO RNS as it states that WTI have appointed administrators which is not good at all. Also the offer period for sale of WTI has been withdrawn. Hope is all we have of some kind of agreement with Orion, but that is only a very very slim chance.
