That was very odd, I thought news must have been released...but nothing yet...roll on the 26th!
Why the sudden uptick in buys for the last 30 mins?
I have been holding since the big drop and bought in a it seemed cheap and not sold since, so looking forward to a continued rise with results hopefully very positive!
I think you could be right, for me it's actually de-risked given the growth story so far and if the money comes in from HM Govt then it will be a great pay day! Yes there is always a chance of funding through right issue but hey I think its a great potential growth story from here.
I really don’t get it, new CEO appointed rescue package in place, can’t see any other news official anyway. I was thinking it was going to get turned around especially as Orion are the biggest shareholders and stand to lose the most if WTI goes into administration.
Ok I may be playing a bit thick here, but if we have the administrators in how are we able to further our interest in CARN if we are supposed to be broke...is there now a little light at the end of this very dark tunnel? It is once very confusing picture. From the RNS: All conditions precedent to the Acquisition have therefore now been satisfied and the Acquisition has therefore completed in accordance with the terms of the binding agreement between the Company and Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co Ltd. Accordingly, the Company now has a 90% interest in CARN, which owns 100% of the high-grade Berg Aukas underground zinc-lead-vanadium project near Grootfontein.
As much as I would love this to come back I'm slowly thinking now that there will be no rescue, read the POLO RNS as it states that WTI have appointed administrators which is not good at all. Also the offer period for sale of WTI has been withdrawn. Hope is all we have of some kind of agreement with Orion, but that is only a very very slim chance.
Well there are certainly a few individuals who stand to loose a good few thousand, namely Paul Evan who bought 36k worth on 22nd May, now that is surely not punt money? Whether it is blind belief or just clinging on to something, but I believe that it may come good in the end as there is too much at stake to just let it fold.
obviously has confidence in this share with a delayed buy @ 0.2p popping up 17k investment 8.9million shares wow!
Have noticed the bid keeps rising as now 0.1725 to sell 2.7m, is there a background buyer to justify this?
Well I can now sell over 1m at 0.65 so it is only going one way!
I wanted to buy into these this morning but Share.com is not allowing me to do so as it says "not compatible with my account". Anyone else had problems buying in?
There is definitely some significant interest in this share by looking at the amount of buys, they are not small change or punt money I would assume. This seems to have a good long term prospect by looking at the credentials of the company.
I bought in here yesterday, was in this earlier in the year...should have just stayed put, but hey ho! There have been some decent buys this morning, renewed interest as the financials are looking far better now. Very quiet on this board (which is no bad thing), but surprised it is considering the growth in the share price over this year. GLA Long term hold now!
Not quite the lift off most were expecting, but it's early days and i'm sure in the coming months when more news flows in 4p will be long gone...I hope! Waited a year for this damp squid!
I've waited a year so I'm sure I can wait another year or so to see the share price blossom. Just relieved that the news we have all been waiting for has finally come out. GLA
Placing at 4p though, with 57,500,000 shares which is quite a bit.
Prospectus....finally
Great to have a new contract but before we carried away, it is for £26k. Not sure it will lift the sp much.
It now seems firmly with us, jut sit on your hands and wait for news.
I must admit I had a bit of a gut renching when I saw the placing, but when I read the RNS in full, it all made sense, albeit I obviously would have preferred a much higher placing price.
