RE: OK, so where are we?20 Oct 2017 23:43
TheTraveller, while long term this share should be okay, expect to see some nasty down-spikes - even at the opening on Monday. IMHO.
How to protect?
Its been very difficult to keep track of PFG and avoid our stoplosses beeing taken out. PFG managed to shake out some of the early investors, simply by spiking down to 700p again. Some peeps have been shaken out with a substantial loss, while this share is back to 900p.
As you have such a large sum invested (and market makers can see your stops), expect them to try to trigger your sell as low as 870p or even 860p.
Given your very large entry - and your late buy as from 920 or 930p, any sudden intraday 80-100p downspike would mean a substantial loss. Corre. ust keep this in mind next week.
Even during a wonderful bullrun to 950p, PFG has recently seen nasty intraday lows. It will happen again and again.
I still planned to pump in 3,500 shares, to 5,000 altogether, but at the mo I only hold what can afford to lose.
Can you?
