Yupp, the first sign�s for bottom building with now with the strong bounce at the mentioned 18.25p. What we now need is a strong rebound day - not just this current 3% rise to 18.80p. We need a fat 15% rebound, some persistent stubborn buying, which then confirms the change in trend. The 18.25p support line has held up quite well. So I will now start to look to buy back my former stake. Currently just 10k worth holding, I still need to grab around 45k quid to hold my former value. (Pheew, 250,000 shares have been worth almost a hundred grand just two or three weeks ago!) Soon this "hold" could change into a "Weak Buy".

AIM_chaos still holds on to 4,000,000 shares, with an unsurpassed 4p average, and will keep holding. Hughwilson is probably the next largest holder, very well tuned-in this business and calmly holding. Mazik topped up about eight times 30,000 shares each on top of his large stake, and he keeps holding. Leister holds a large amount, Forrestdreams holds a large amount and Applegarth holds a large amount and none of them seem to sell a single share. I'd say this is good news and a very decent fundament!

So lets see how to interprete the non accurate sell/buy volume in the coming days: 626,850 624,962 (In case that 18.25p is breached though, then retrace to 16.55 - 15.10p. Well said, AnthonyJames, this would explain the drip drop liquidation, trying to get the best possible price. @csnfan, When referring to buying a certain amount of shares, I usually write the number, like 20,000 shares. And when thinking about which amount am I ready to hold during a consolidation, I state the actual Pounds, my 5k worth core holding. Yes, I have also been ONZ holder as from last year as from 5.50p. But I have sold and bought many times ever since. Right now I see a red loss on my screen, and this is all that matters to think of the next strategy. Also this overdone retrace p i s s e s me off entirely. That 300%+ profit that you mention I have invested in ARS/Asiamet a long while ago as this is my daily living. Mazik, How many shares do you hold then, if you allow the question? Reading about your very large holding when this was 15 and 25p, and reading about your sixe or seven 20-20k share top ups as from 28p down to 22 and 19p, I would assume that you have a very large stake by. My opinion is based on the sudden release of warrants exactly at the 52-week peak, it is based on that stupid 2020 headline, it is based on a substantially decreasing Sp with very low selling volume. AIM_Chaos, you are a respected large holder. But your post after the last RNS ("I am a bit surprised that N4P has dropped from 32p down to 29p on these news...") is leaving me puzzled. And now at 20p and 19p come yet another explanation from you... So my question: Who are those droves of investors freaking out and bailing that you refer to?? I for one don't know anyone. Me and other sold for prices of 34p down to 30p, that's it. I have not heard of any of my friends (large holders) selling after the 30p or 27p price line. Ask around here and you will see that the majority of us are still holding. Another thing: Some of us already took their N4P profit of the old old old old 6p-25p days to and taken it out and invested it elsewhere. MarcoT, the trading patterns behind the scenes as from breaching the vital 27p line(!) suggested that it is 90% sure thing likely that someone is selling in the background, and that the Sp will sink down to around 22p in a first stroke. I am also down on my 5k worth core holding, plus my 5k worth top up I got soaked into at 27p :)) Fredo, hughwilson is a good man and very well tuned in the n4p enterprise. Those are valuable information for us blindfold investors. Right now N4P has a totally undervalued m-cap. Probably lower than their net worth. In my opinion they could announce a sudden new entry of a strategic holder. And this is why the Sp has been "elaborated" in order to allow a new strategic holder (Japan?) on board. Very sad to see that some PIs are forced out like that! That 18p still holding right now.

Now almost 13% down this minute, what a dogs haite performance that is beyond comprehension!! It is not Nigel personally. And he does not care about if his stake is diluted from 20% down to 18%. Nigel and cronies have allied financial investors (and market makers) on which they rely on to maintain a liquid market. Someone has leaked infos to large strategic holders about delays or whatever. I am not into news anyway. All I do is calculate and record trading patterns. They've killed two birds in one strike: Firstly they managed to place a large amount of warrants at the 52-week peak price (where large numbers of newbies bought in). Good for N4P. Bad for late buyers. Secondly I believe that the Sp is lowered in order to make more private investors sell, so that a new allied institutional holder can come on board. Here are just a few problems, Leister. -> The majority of N4P private investors (like PK_returns and NickE) were already invested BIGTIME in here and wrote about top-ups all the way up to 25, 30 and 35p. So there are very few old holders who are able to top up much more. Even mazik has already performed several large 30,000 share top-ups from 27p and 25 all the way down to 22p. -> Very few large holders can hold a substantial 50 or 60k stake as from 35p and see that melt down to 17p per share this morning. I for one cannot do that. Moreover I am not willing to lend the company & Nigel & his club of insiders these kind of sums. In my opinion he should go and try to lend money from elsewhere- not from me nor other small private holders. -> Some of the late 30-35p buyers and newbies are now locked in. Yes, there will be a rebound at some stage and the next up-trend in the making. But, very few private investors can survive such a 40% price crash! Not my version of being an investor. Always best to follow decent money management. How much can I afford to gamble with? How much do I need for top-ups? Where do I place my stoploss? Am I willing to ride all the way from 35p down to 16p or not...?

Although the LSE list is not all accurate, the share price only drops substantially if there are more sellers than buyers. Vol sold: 227,012 Vol bought: 205,201 Yes, its sad to see such a nasty month long retrace. I hope my calculation was worthwhile for one or the other poster. I now wish you the best decision with your N4P stake. My strategy is only to hold what I can afford to lose. With an ocean of warrants released exactly at the 35p peak out, in my opinion someone has "harvested" bigtime from private investors.
