Sorry for spelling errors!
10moz (minimum) @ US$65/oz (acquisition price in industry)
So circa £450m if much of the further step out exploration is a failure.
Add in some capital to drill (-£25m) and we are lookinh at a min 4 X cutrent SP from here even on a failure basis
No it isnt
reckon the first notifiable interest may pop up soon
wonder who it will be?
not often you can use the phrase "world authority" but Prof David Groves is a world authority on WA gold deposits
They didnt have any didnt likes!!! Ill tease you with the final summary.
“Why we like Greatland
1. World-class intercept of 157m @ 6.0g/t Au, 0.44% Cu
2. Drill core review reveals strong similarities to 45km-away 27Moz Telfer deposit
3. Mineralization open in most directions and at depth
Catalysts
· 1Q19: Assays for remaining four holes from 2018 drilling
· 1H19: Follow-up drilling”
Reading!
Not my report....get a copy
Fine ready my amigos
Just reading a brand new GGP note by Sprott
They love it
correct...the reason they have done the bock listing is because they expect them to be exercised SOON
so they expect the SP to run SOON
so News SOON and must be good
all market maker games chaps.....chillax
Nah Havieron is primarily Gold mate with Cu credits....and Winu (The RIO Cu discovery) is not next door.
Experience and power to do things better and faster....well No mote they don't. Ask anyone in industry and they will tell you Rio will do things worse and more slowly.
RIO is an Iron Ore miner with a a Cu division and a few other things they eventually sell like Diamonds and Coking coal.
Gold mining is too small to move the dial for them. No mater how large the discovery at Havieron.
BHP are basically the same but have petroleum division and a Nickel Division (they are trying to sell)
take it from all those in industry, the "majors" aren't your friends.....but the Canadian gold companies, North Star/Ramuleus and Sarecen in Oz and perhaps the perennially unlucky Newcrest....
the are the players and they Do add value.
Cheers and GLA
been in exploration and mining for 25 years mate. tell me, what value could RIO add?
their money would come at a high price, they are no more technically adept as anyone else and certainly not in gold. they cannot hasten the permitting process (in fact they would probably lengthen it) and they do not have a gold division.
So, my pedigree chum, before you go around making stupid comments please back it up with industry-based facts rathe than fatuous statements that somehow RIO can add value to a WA gold project.
Ah yes no worries im not being rude sorry mate
Just trying to make point GGP can raise money and develop on its own
also you do realise RIO don't have a gold division? Their project is 100s of km away and is mainly Cu.
i think this buying is Canadian...they are quick to spot a discovery and are aggressive
GLA
no need for any deal with any major?
is WA, 800m holes
what possible value can RIO add...if this were some tin pot country where you needed big brother protection, maybe....but not here
precisely.......naked short
MMs dropped the bid from 2.20 to 2.15 on the close to make their book look better...usual rubbish
I have heard the same Reddirt......Sprott will be all over it.....and he goes in hard.
Wouldve thought Bill at NST would be keeping a close eye too...
that Newcrest have bought into Solgold is utterly bemusing....would they get egg on face if they ignored a massive find in their own backyard!
time will tell
nope...I didnt say costs were nonsense...I said your comments were nonsense.
BTW its crown land...you cant buy freehold so no one "owns" anything
its bog standard exploration involving all drill costs and supporting fly camp etc.
none of this matters....the drill results matter so everyone chill
We sometimes call the rig the "truth machine"...and the truth we will know soon
