So the current split is still 50/50 on profits once PREM are paid back their initial outlaw and costs unless ownership is increased, in which case PREM will see a larger proportion of the profits.
The fact that the laws on ownership changed is imo why we aren’t in production.

Mal Aker has sold out and is currently looking for a lower entry point.

Aker claims and doesn’t hide the fact that he trades PREM and dies well from it.

That will be a positive post when he was holding to make his percentage gains before selling out now back to the negativity.

Sad but true the posting history and pattern of being positive and negative variant on the position of being invested or looking for a cheaper entry point is visible for all to see !!

Aker is RHA goes into production at sustainable levels it will bring back positivity and sentiment. As it stands RHA is valued at $0 so any revenue would be a positive.
The fact that PREM would have operational mine and be a producer would be a positive.
You talk about tailings but forget to mention the some 32,000 tons of stock piled ore ready to be processed (see website photos).
The new shaft will increase tonage from underground and overall percentage recovery.
IMO we have the ability to start production but why should we, stale mate is because NEIFF need to cough up and not just want to take there 50% share for doing nothing or paying nothing. GR doesn’t want to sink any more money especially following the change in law on ownership a couple of years back.
If they don’t want to pay then they need to give us a larger share back.

To get the car moving you need to take the breaks off Aker getting into production gets the breaks of the SP and allows it to advance.

GR has previously given his expected monthly output figures now you also contradict these claiming it would be worthless and revenue would be a few shillings?

Steven - lets be frank here. We know why. Markets are based on positivity and sentiment.

RHA has had a lot of money pumped into it, however even though we are 98% complete we are seeing a stale mate between the company that want its Joint Venture partner (NEIFF) to stump up the promised cash or a larger percentage of RHA (currently 50/50 split).
RHA could well be put into production tomorrow but would be unable to sustain maximum output with out the new shaft.
Expecting cash from NEIFF which will cover the shaft or increased holding 85-15 or 90-10 split (I would hope for).
IMO once this is agreed either way production will start and the shaft work will run along side this.

As you can probably appreciate PREM for a number of years has had considerable burn through getting RHA to where it is, it’s currently at a point we’re it’s not costing a great deal to sit idol.
However, MC without sentiment is poor, the market wants to see Production, revenue, and profits.
RHA and MNH could make PREM cash generative very soon, we just need NEIFF to play ball.
This then unlocks some of the potential value of Zulu as we have a income to progress it.

Do t get me wrong it’s frustrating but can all change on NEIFF RHA agreement in there next meeting and then hopefully EPO licence shortly. Circum windfall would certainly help endlessly.
PREM also has REM and it’s new Li3 play, cash income also opens these plays up to be explored and drilled.
One or two bits of news will be transformational for PREM and it’s future and I believe we are very close.

Zulu Lithium - some drilling done and we know that the Tantalum will cover the production costs of the Lithium - valued at $0

Zulu EPO licence area - not granted yet but we are told it’s ours. Increases Zulu current area by multiples and givers a green belt with gold reserves. We know this due to illegal mining activities in the area which would suggest is near surface and rich with mineralisation . Valued $0

Could give you a description on the other interests and value them at $0

Then I point out simply that our current MC of £8m is on par with minimum value per share for the Circim shares.
So what your trying to highlight AGAIN being negative would suggest that nothing is including in our SP, so our assets plant and equipment are not priced in.

Why AKER and Co see this as a negative some would suggest that PREM is totally undervalued. If you can afford to buy at these levels then do so as the first sniff of news and the SP will be way North of here.

An investment into the life cycle Aker, guy wants to see is hand before playing. You should no better than anyone that choosing the correct entry point is crucial. GR had showed him what he needed to see, he will be confident of progression on RHA ownership or funding and Zulu EPO licensing area. SD may well be confident that he knows Circum cash is coming and a special dividend will return him 40% more than current SP and give him a free carry!

The fact that PREM got cash to advance RHA and just over 2% was not a bad deal IMO. They made a profit on the asset without spending anything on it.
You need to look at the MC of PREM at the time and the monetary value from the sale.
Do you know how much has been spent by the consortium of shareholders on Circum to date to get it to were it is today?
If you know this you would know that PREM could not have financially rolled this, looking at an asset that cannt be funded what would you value it at?

So selling something for a profit and retaining a stake without paying for the development seems a good move by GR and not so much “SD taking something on the cheap” as you put it.
I guess you and the gang are trying to paint a picture of SD, last comments by the gang to mention a couple:

The fact that he has made his fortune by bankrolling assets and advancing them through the life cycle to either production or Part life cycle to then sell at a profit isn’t a negative, he has a lot of contacts and skin in the industry.
Having someone onboard that could bankroll Zulu EPO should be seen as a positive IMO.

Seems you and a few other posters work the BB with your negativity shooting anyone down that holds this share and has a positive view to suit your game plan of de-ramping and being negative constantly.
Again I would recommend anyone to click on your posting history to see what your motives are here. Struggling to find a positive post which says a lot considering your posting on here frequently. We all know AKER trades this share are you trading or are you just a multiple account poster.
Seems there are 5 constant accounts that post negatively on the BB coinciding with each other. Just an observation.
The other observation is how childish and dismissive your replies are which says a lot about you as a person.

Mal Aker is playing both sides of the coin here unfortunately. He will tell you hisself he his trading PREM so his opinion and posts will vary depending on the “play” he is in.
Overly positive if he has bought in pointing
out the finer details and everything positive.
Likewise is he has sold out and is looking for a lower entry point you will see the opposite of Akers posting, prime example what he is doing now.
For anyone unsure click on his name if your signed in and read his posting history on this share. Clear pattern, why he undoubtedly makes genuine points these are inflated or stretched by the imagination to paint the picture he wants you to interpret from his posts.
He is right Dattels doesn’t run the world economy he isn’t part of the BOD, however, he does go back a long way with GR & NH and recently give PREM a friendly loan which he has converted into 3.46% (published in TR-1 RNS) so we have a multimillion can I say billionaire loaning PREM cash then converting that loan to shares.
Millionaires or billionaires don’t become so by making bad investments and throwing cash down the drain.
With this in mind I ask you why Stephen Dattels wanted 3.46% of PREM when he could have taken his loan repayments and interest and walked away with a profit.
Could it not be that Circum windfall is close which he knows better than anyone else about. A dividend of 0.1p per share will be paid that is approx 40% more than current SP and his money back for a free carry.
Or is it RHA ownership or finance will be sorted this Tuesday and RHA will be back into production with the EPO being granted Friday for Zulu and he wants a slice of a rather large pie.......... after all he could buy more PREM to fund the Zulu EPO licensing area into production as he has the cash to do so and this is how the guy makes his money by investing and building up companies. Don’t take my word for it google the guy.

Clearly not aware of how long set up will be for production, one thing is for sure, the process of IPO doesn’t wait for the eureka moment (increased potash price) they progress and catch it on the bounce.

RHA -
meeting was scheduled for Friday gone, however due to the protesting etc Friday has been pushed back to this coming week.
As per RNS NEIFF have had a number of extensions to cough up the cash, so hoping to hear either cash coming or NEIFF are are handing over more RHA this week coming.

Zulu EPO -
As above delays last week due to the protesting so Gazette was cancelled. Hopfully we will see the EPO granting back on track and issued Friday and Zulu will be in the mix, it is coming up a year since it was first published in the paper as being granted.

What I will say is C-19 regardless of location is going to be hanging around until such times it’s managed with a vaccine.
Zim has long required investment and funds for its economy, cannt see them putting on hold mining and granting of EPO licensing as this is a source of income.
Further more the mining locations are outwith the townships and are relatively unexposed due to their remote locations.
Guessing we know who the sellers were at the back end of last week by their somewhat negative posting!!!!

Got to point out the obvious. Stephen Dattels 2nd biggest share holder of CIRCUM issues a loan through Regent to PREM the converts it into shares requiring a TR-1.
Now Mr Roach converts his loan through his Trust into shares.
NOW WHY WOULD TWO PEOPLE, ONE A BOD IN PREM THE OTHER THE 2nd BIGGEST PLAYER IN CIRCIM INVEST INTO PREM?
1) Circum windfall special dividend would return 0.1p per share so they get their money back plus some (SD would be well aware that this was close)

2) RHA funding or increased ownership was close which means back into operation and cash generative

3) Heads up has been give for the EPO and SD wants his feet under the table and could well be our investor for Zulu as this is what he does for a living.

This sudden shift to concert loans into shares and the recent appointment of NH something is clearly about to happen behind the scenes GLA

As for the SP the SP will finish blue, MM fishing for shares and possibly forward selling that need to be squared up that will cause a short squeeze could be a interesting few trading days ............

Meeting with government today so watch this space updates could be RNSed as early as tomorrow or Friday in relation the RHA, falls right into Fridays Gazette and the possibility of EPO being granted.
