PIs don’t understand the significance of the RNS and the effect the increase in production will have on the SP.
what you will find is they have their blinkers on looking for the settlement RNS.
Cannt see the wood for the trees but it will sink in and SP will reflect the positives, maybe they should have spelt it out in layman’s terms

Further more before anyone thinks about doubting the potential value of a outright buyout Tesla is valued at 382 billion.
So if they could own the licensing by buying out cap-xx and incorporate the settlement it would still be pocket change not to have the bad publicity

So just read a post which suggests 100m was rejected. It suggests that 400m maybe required minimum due to royalties, licence etc etc if not upwards of 500m why pocket change to Tesla is life changing for the PIs invested in Cap-XX.
Due to the bad publicity for Maxwell / Tesla sources think a settlement will be reached quickly.
Twitter and media boards getting plastered with this case to get it highlighted worldwide. New York Time, WallStreet Press to name a few have been contacted to get coverage of the ongoing case and publicity, in the hope one of them will run with it.

Out of court settlement would include costs surely and like wise winning the case Maxwell / Tesla pick up the bill.
For Tesla to but out Cap-XX they need to make a crazy offer which is put to shareholders of start accumulating shares to make a offer for the remaining shares held by PI either way will see a huge spike in the SP

I mentioned this problem before old PR on Twitter is bad PR. Not delivering time lines for news when you keep raising is also another doesn’t instil confidence I am afraid to say
