The Company announces that the Board on 11 August 2020 issued new ordinary shares to Directors, employees and other creditors in settlement of accrued but unpaid contractual amounts due, amounting in aggregate to £337,428 ("Settlement Shares").

0.9p PREM using shares rather than cash to square everything up wouldn’t be happy to take my shares at 0.9p if the SP was little over 0.7p unless I was told news was close, very, very close.

There will be some profit taking but what isn’t being viewed is the fact that this hasn’t been RNSed yet so this movement is only a leak and the rise is based on those PIs in the know buying.
Now what kind of ride is coming when this is RNSed Monday morning and the Hurd and every man and his dog want in ???? Will be a strong afternoon I feel as PIs will want in before the weekend but expect a few to take profits - GLA

The last placing at 2.25p dropped the SP from over 3.6p to 1.46p these shares didn’t hit the open market and were taken privately.
Realistically what will a placing RNS do for further drilling funds.
We are speculating that this delayed trades are part of forward sold placing a but could be PIs offloading and taking a profits.
We really don’t want anything to stop or effect the forward momentum again - GLA

WHY would the SP today be lower than before the last RNS What a fool, if anything I would now call this as the bottom. PIs looking for a quick rise that bought in and sold when it didn’t rise looking to get back in in anticipation of news. We could see a i tea day RNS or 7am RNS Monday - GLA

Not what I like to see large individual sell trades so close to news. Always spectacle about it.
Hopefully they just need the cash for another play, never the less big sell so close to news fall I do t like but soaked up well

With the share being de-risked I believe a few will take the opportunity to get in this morning or top up as cheap as possible.
Looking at the time frame to conclude yesterday RNS I would have hoped the company would also be working on finalisations of the other bits of the jigsaw which I’m hoping will be RNSed soon.

Sam imo news caught a few out pi got out that bought in lower expecting them to possibly get back in first thing.

James holds is the largest shareholder owning a considerable holding.
He said his aim was to buy up to 10% because he is 1.8-2% off is t a negative is it?
The fact that he might have other interest which has taken his fancy doesn’t mean it’s a negative?
A new house new cars, may have been waiting from funds from other investment you don’t know your doing what you always do and assuming the worst, well let’s look at the flip side of the coin shall we Matt?
