Only 2 sells today everything else are buys MM controlling this stock well imo stoped the traders and impatient PIs jumping in or out. Hoping for the hint of a buy out as this will fly, drilling companies don’t take shares unless there is something in the ground same company looking at the seismic data and are seeing the soil samples. This also reduces costs as the drilling is part of a all in price per meter meaning any delays or issues are picked up by the drilling company, as it’s also price work they will be wanting to drill the 5h!t out of the areas given to the as soon as possible as this reduces their costs and overheads - GLA

Again am due to the spread LSE showing all those buys at 1.69-1.70p as sells.
1.6p to sell certainly don’t look like they want to let the breaks off seem to be holding it in this range. Buys outweighed sells for days now (not massively) but even so would have thought it would have jumped into the 1.8-2p range but hat off to MM they are stopping g any chance of trading this - GLA news this week or early next ...............

Sharky I believe this is the bottom, with the spread cannt see that entry price being achieved, with results for stage 3 sampling due this quarter (this week) I would be happy to get in now with the current SP as this will move quick on positive news and you will end up paying a premium to today’s SP for what?

Isas - we hit big on the samples and this will be bought straight out, it’s that simple. Target for buy out in the next 6-18months is £1.50 - £3ps Depending on the amount of drilling done. The company may want to cash in it may also want to sell and take the money without drilling everywhere first.

The geologist spoke of a several million oz reserve.
Myself and others done calculations and arrived at a few targets based on the oz reserve.

I factored in 100m warrents and 60% ownership without these you could double or treble those buy out figures

Confident in the next few months we will have achieved half of your 20p target mark minimum.
Think many forget that £183m MC isn’t uncommon however, what is uncommon is finding a company that does t have billions of shares in issue. COBR has relatively low shares in issue and as such a large MC reflects in a large SP looking for £1 ps minimum here realistically - GLA

Placing are often sold on the open market, the shares are oftern sold at a discount and hold the SP back until the number of share are sold. This will suppress the SP.
given that the shares from the placing had been privately allocated and oversubscribed they never got the market.
When shares don’t hit the market they don’t increase the free float meaning

That’s everyone holding over 3.5% so if shares are held by companies or investors the remaining is calculated as the free float

As noted there are a number of reasons closed period etc why the directors are not buying however, what I find more encouraging is that we only have 44.3m shares in issue.
The latest placing at 2.25p didnt hit the market it was over allocated. (31m ish)
Posted the holdings over 3% and you can find these on the company’s web site or my posting history look at them regardless of directors look at the other players holding here, this should be a indication of confidence.

Results due by the end of Q2. IMO the locations of interest identified for drilling will already be known. My expectations are that COBR will start drilling end of Q2 start of Q3.

This will not get to Gold Pours IMO this will be a buy out gold is rising and it would make sense after the drill results to cash in

The majority of elevated or highly anomalous samples results at Barns Southern Zone and Benuad are gold rather than pathfinder elements

Excellent transparency from the company and fantastic efforts by share_talk to arrange the webinars through their platform . Now waiting on stage three results due by end of Q2 so this month, expecting these to drop anytime and will catch a few out especially if they confirm iOCG Project.
Interesting to note still under the warrant price of 2p and a chunk under the placing at 2.25p none of which hit the market and free float still remains at 44.3%.
