Simmo- how will the SP fall that low?

Do you know that NO additional headroom has been agreed?
Do you know that it is 3 weeks till shareholder vote for this?
Do you understand that if it doesn’t get approved the shares what ever amount they maybe will not happen?
Do you also understand that head room could be there as away of getting approved finance, the shares aren’t issued buy a loan secured against?

I am asking you these questions as your posts would suggest you have miss interpreted the RNS and your miss informing others by alluding to a increase in head room this coming Monday (tomorrow) when in fact this is t the case is it ?

If you think this is bad news and you want to sell, sell, my advice would be to look at the buying pressure recently and daily volumes, you maybe surprised Monday as imo we will close blue. PIs have waited a long time for a big spike in the SP I personally believe news fronts are close and there for will be holding. Holding because I think it will not drop, holding because news is due, holding because I want to hear GR plans, holding as no additional shares have been issued, holding because no one has cast a vote that is 3 weeks away. Holding as it may not even get approved.
Holding because I believe it’s the right thing to do for my investment!

Shares also need to be accepted by the way of shareholder vote so could get rejected so as it stands Monday what has changed since Friday nothing.
Notification is given 3 weeks in advance. So vote will happen in 3 weeks only if it is voted in favour of will these share hit the market.
Dont forget the shares don’t need to be issued they can sit in the hands of the company and be loaned against as security.

I am more interested in the individual or institution buying the shares last week (solid trades) Solid buying in 5, 6 & 10m trades.
All I know is GR always asks for more than he needs.
Expecting the SP to continue to rise next week the higher it goes the less there is required in way of head room.
Don’t listen to me DYOR guys that’s just my take!
However, expecting further updates from GR as to his intentions, if he isn’t crystal clear who will give their vote ? Say no more !

Had the holding RNS now up nearly 17%

I posted yesterday and got shot down for saying I was selling and would buy back in lower, apparently being honest and following the market isn’t allowed.
Charts showed a drop yesterday to 2p then a gap down to 1.85p they are currently showing a gap down to 1.25-1.5p range should it get to the 1.75p range.
I still stand by my calculations but why hold and lose value if you can sell and buy back cheaper.
Poor RNS and still no results. Strange how some can choose to shoot others down for explaining there position.
However, following yesterday’s performance I will not post on this this BB until I am back in, if I miss the boat that’s my call but I take my chances and follow my own gut, plenty going on in my other shares - GLA

Solid Buys Flooding in next buy and this will jump up again. About time come on PREM - GLA

I was pumping? I was quoting the potential based on interviews and grades being delivered.

Now I am saying that there might be a delay. However, my posts have never de-ramped the potential just stated the facts that there is a gap in the book and that the 654 sample results cannt be discussed in an interview unless RNSed - FACT not de-ramping.

I didnt issue the old results in a RNS ...................... yes the grades and multi resource might be there but we dont have confirmation yet.

Further more PIs quoting that the interview is today - still no one has been able to post a link ! Or am i missing something?

The market reacts on sentiment not PIs posting, this latest RNS seems to have wiped away a tad of that sentiment.

This still doesn't mean we are not sat on a multi million oz reserve just PIs like to de-risk or trade on news and unfortunately news today isnt positive or what we are waiting for.

Interview cannt discuss any of the 654 grades results as they haven't been RNSed

Unfortunately looks like we have a delay as today's RNS was old news, can you send me confirmation of the interview as it is not available on line

Maybe topi was pumping this to get the placing away the grades and sums add up but maybe not the time frames 654 is a lot to get through in the time frame given

I haven’t sold anyway seeing what the market does. But why hold if it’s going to drop and you can increase your holding ?

Support at 2p then drops straight to 1.85

Maybe results are delayed why post the same info the market knows looks like something isnt adding up in to minds might jump and see about getting back in lower
