Alliance AGS is up 144% today on shallow high grade results at Weednanna adjacent to Cobra ground ??Their market cap now about £ 7 million

Why would it close lover than the placing the placing was not to the public and has been taken in full privately

So my figures prices in 60% ownership this was to allow a percentage to the drilling company. As per interview the drilling company had agreed to carry out the drilling $250k was supplied by the government, with this on mind could it be that the company has seen the results and decided that it would be in their interests to retain the stake offered to the drilling company and pay them with this placing?
No I am intrigued to find out if this is the case, if these results are as good as they have been forecasted to be why would you give the drilling contractor over the odds when you can do a placing at 7-8% and pay them straight off!
This also makes it less messy if a take over is possible - what PIs thoughts on this idea?

Well I have posted my calculations on possibilities.

Hopfully this will be a useful guide once we have a RNS confirming once we have in ground resource confirmation.

It’s not trying to sucker PIs in its giving realistic figures based on known grades and resource size.

These figures and resource size will become apparent of the next RNS.

With this in mind liquid1 I would expect a lot of PIs to be taking positions today with the long bank holiday weekend, interview scheduled for next week which one would expect to coincide with the results so they can be discussed and raise profile through well managed PR

Absolutely shredded those figures down
60% Ownership
60% of MC to allow for 100m warrants
MC Value taken from 10 & 15 % in ground value
Value based on $1760 per oz factoring in $760 for costs

If we can achieve 3.5m oz I think £1 per share is easily achieved IMO

With this in mind I done a few quick calculations, should give you a ruff idea of the potential here is all goes well. we could all make some serious money. COBR currently has 155m share in issue with a free float of 44.3m shares. I have previously pointed out free float held in public hands probaly reduces that down to 25-30% absolute maximum (likely 5-8% lower).

Okay folks going forward factoring in buyout and bring JV partner in and covering costs (also the 100m warrants factored in @ 60%)

That leaves $1k per oz even if we only retained 60% of the company the rest was offset for drilling and JV partner
That leaves us $600 per oz or approx £500 per oz
500 x 1 oz = £500m very easy maths from here (MC this morning is ruffly 5m so divide 5 by the below current MC then times the current SP – 3p I then factored this by 60% for the 100m shares warrants, why it may not be 100% accurate it gives you an idea)

So the infamous TOPI said we would be thanking him Friday. He was sure that we would see a RNS this week. If his predictions are correct we should see a RNS tomorrow morning.
Friday is of course a bank holiday so lets see, thought more would be buying, unsure why you would sell this close to news. I know a few posters state they are de-risking but doesn't explain the rest!

Before anyone says thats just a pipe-dream and its impossible, it is possible but it doesn't come around often, the last time I seen anything like this was VGM I sold at 0.9p and seen it in the paper 6 months later Chinese buy out £3.58p per share. One of my biggest share buying and selling mistakes looks like history is going to repeat its self we just need the grades, we have 654 gold samples due yesterday so can fall any time............................. your can see how quickly this share moves on sentiment watch how quickly it will move on massive in ground gold resource.

By the way currently working in Iraq so pop in and out of the BB when I am back in the office will not be selling any time soon - GLA

I am 99.9% positive its only till next week.
There are 654 results to publish within the RNS.
If they are informing the market of a multi million oz resource they need to be 100% with the RNS.
Once written Approval is needed from the Nomad, I was expecting it this week today or tomorrow, that runs us into the bank holiday weekend with the interview to reiterate those results and answer any questions great PR. The coms to date from the company have been spectacular and PIs have been well informed. GLA it is coming just hold tight.

is it to much to ask for another 33%+ minimum today folks, lets push on in to the 4p range

Ladies and Gents......

For the past number of trading days and due to the low volumes the MM have been carrying out what is known in the business as a tree shake.
- The tree shake can involve delaying trades, they drop them in at a calculated time in order to show them as a sell at much lower price than the SP at that time - Always look at the time stamp and date stamp of any sell.

- There next trick is to then open the spread as seen for the last two trading days, they will go NT on each trade then show the buys on LSE as sells as the buy price is rising but they time it shows falls below the mid.

-What you get is a sea of red - the average PI is worried that its a P&D and will panic sell, the MM then collect the cheap shares, this also allows for the SP to drop on those sells and hit stop losses.

-MM will then use those shares to fill large buy orders that we have seen for the last few trading days normally published but delayed in the afternoons.

Best way is to hold your line dont sell. Make the MM close the spread and pay good money for your shares (if you want to sell), if you panic and sell during a tree shake you will sell at a premium and then when you want back in the MM will charge you a premium so its win win for these guys. They are just bothered about filling trades and making money any way they can .................. a unsuspecting PI is fair game - GLA
