My opinion is that there are a number of shares in free float available to buy on each exchange, each float is controlled by the MM.
The MM have levels of stock at different values and will move it up or down controlling the levels by using NT to trade up or down.
It would be interesting to know if some of the large trades we have seen here are your MM increasing their stock for their market.
After all your current daily volumes have been considerably higher in volume and one could say unknown for COPL.
Free float as I call it is the stock I reference to held by the MM, I’m sure a trade between the markets would be done in large trades next to the ASK rather than the MM charging NT, they would be working together rather than against each other.
After all the more stock that is held in PIs possession and the less free float there is the more the SP can rise or fall freely as there is less available to trade.

As you say fantastic news and you would have thought that this was the ignition to the rockets fuse and what the SP needs to start the march north.

TR-1
UK companies listed on LSE require a TR-1 notification when the shares held by the individual or party reach 3% of the total in issue.

However, I have touched on the fact that this is listed on both the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the symbol “XOP” and on the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) under the symbol “COPL”.
Due to the rules of the CSE I am under the impression that the individual or parties need only issue a TR-1 once it reaches the 5% mark as they use the higher threshold of the two markets.

“ The Canadian Securities Administrators have proposed some major changes. One is to lower the reporting threshold from 10% to 5% under both the conventional early warning system and the AMR” this means we can have so individuals with very healthy holdings sitting under the TR-1 radar up to the 5% holding”

Favouring the Canadian market due to the timing 14:06 which would have been missed by most in the Uk.
Favouring the Canadian stock exchange being the equivalent of us seeing the RNS at 07:06am expect the true benefit to be seen in tomorrow trading as news gets out

Now given that they hold 10.87% I am currently going with due to the fact that we were not provided with a date of transition that these shares have been exchanged in the last few days and the market therefore informed which triggered today’s TR-1.

I haven’t seen a massive slump in the SP which shows to me the majority are in sticky hands now considering the above and the level of dilution I am half guessing that we could possibly see another 1 or 2 TR-1 now we know the owners are in receipt within the next week which would be considered a timely notice period. GLA

There wasn’t enough shares being flipped to warrant a mass sell off. This indicated someone or institutional investors holding and there you have it TR-1 to confirm sizeable holding as well

For those of you topping up look at buying in 500k trenches this should stop the NT, at a point you get NT increase it to see what amount you can get at that NT amount, you may get 1m or 1.5m

If we are logical about this Art has been aggressive to close this deal out. Even in his interview he described the way they went after this as aggressive.

Like the dilution or you don’t without it we would still be waiting on licensing confirmation and with Covid-19 that could well be delayed.
Delay would have seen the SP drift as it has already done this was 0.54 on last RNS updating about licensing some months back that’s a 50% retrace and requiring 100% gain to get back there.

My point to those that don’t agree is how much further would the SP have drifted without Atomic?
We know at some point we would have needed funds for overheads and to proceed with licence etc so dilution could have been at a lot lower levels with no guarantees just potential risk!

Art has easily raised £6m, he was then able to raise again straight after easily which to me shows that so thing must be majorly stacking up with Atomic, the survey, the prospects and the return for investors to invest.

When we see dept finance RNS to confirm everything is secured and we are progressing with remaining 85% to take us up to 100% expect this to jump to the 250-300m MC I think that will be 90-120% rise as I am expecting this to easily be 1-1.5p by 31 January 2021 (rising in anticipation and sentiment of deal completing). The icing on the cake would be licensing update (once our only hope) which is expected at the same date of Atomic close out.

My previous take on sign off suggested that maybe we could possible see the use of Skype or Zoom if Covid-19 was still being a hindrance.
My thought process behind this is basically the dependency of the government on export tax. The more they can issue in the way of licensing the more income they receive. Having conducted and posted research the government are reliant on to the tune of 80% of there overall income coming from tax generated from the Oil & Gas assets in country (including offshore).

Due to the current C-19 pandemic crippling counties Economies it would make sense to pull the licences out of the bag and get the ball rolling and the income rolling in.
Plus as mentioned it need to show it’s open for business for foreign investment.

TR-1 would excite the market defiantly

If Art can inform the market of profit marines with a road map of increased recovery this will fly.

The market likes facts and figures. If he also notes that a share buy back will be co ducted at regular intervals to buy back the shares used to purchase Atomic this could also get interesting.

MC reaches £50m and large percentages are bought up by institutional investors things get more interesting as more PIs will follow

Ok Sub-mariner divide it by 11 then times the Sum x 10 $4.5 m is approx $4.1m not going to sniff at that

Dont forget folks to calculate the Re-rate of SP on the income figures below use x5 SP if it was £20m income it would be £100m MC etc

If we ever reached that £127m revenue per year quoted that would be a MC of £635m

$682,000 / 15 (percentage owned) x 100 (targeted ownership) = $4,566,666

If we were taking in $4.5m in the same period I don’t think you need to be a rocket scientist to calculate what the SP is going to do.

Finance to be approved anytime before 31/01/21 and we should have a following RNS saying we 100% own Atomic.

The sleeping giant, to many PIs cannt see the wood for the trees. Dilution was a necessity, to create instant revenue and satisfy the finance company. Without it we would not be in this game changing position.

Dont think the Chinese 15% will get as much for there 15% as they need to sell up. Listening to the interview he says they have no choice as they aren’t aloud to hold assets in the country (a long those lines) so could well role over and take a lot less imo

Might be completely wrong here but a TR-1 is not at 3% as we trade on both LSE and on the TSX I’m sure the figure for a TR-1 is at the Canadian level of 5%

I stand corrected and not a 100% on this but I previously held another share on both markets and that was what I was told on a BB, so could be complete BS
