We are looking at a factor of 53 x current MC on below calculations.
Speculate to accumulate.

What would your alternative be?

No Atomic so no dilution?

Await Licensing, dilute for overheads on a potentially reduced MC because of delays?

I am all for the discussion but would like to know what the alternative is or the solution that would have made things better in your view or anyone else?

Increased MC by then would see a increased SP this reducing the amount of shares given to them.

40 years life is a long time with a constant cash flow.

I get what your saying but most companies that dilute will look to conduct a share buy back. If a reduced amount of finance is required we have either more cash to hand or a option to pay pf finance early and then 100% is in our back pockets.

What would be a idea is share buy back, you w might be borrowing of peter to pay Paul, ever thought Art might offload other interests in 6-12 months and use that money to conduct a share buyback and square dept finance up.

After all he would increased his percentage ownership by doing this, with reduced shares in issue and no finance he would be free to issue dividends.

The SP was at 0.25/0.26p you normally use a weighted daily average and it is this that is discounted.

Your using 0.4p to support your argument to bash this share constantly and it’s absolutely crazy.

LB28 just talking down that investment of his again.

Forgot he only traded a chunk of it when he sold at 0.28p but has talked the SP down ever since, go figure.

LB28 - if dilution to buy initial 15% of Atomic was the way in which finance was to be agreed for the remaining 85% are you saying you would not go after the Atomic deal?

So if we didn’t go after the deal and for any reason there is hold ups with licensing the SP would have drifted and dilution would have ultimately been required at a lower level for working capital would it not?
After all people don’t work for nothing, so we could have potentially had no Atomic, no licensing and a retrace in MC meaning more dilution at lower levels to raise working capital?

Why some might not dilution dilution means less finance.

Less finance means we have more money to pay it off quicker or additional funds can be used for share buy back or to progress other assets.

- More dilution that has invested and returns monetary value of 15% instantly.

The aggressive placing and pace that Art is moving on the Atomic deal should show the market that he is serious.
Further more if he has investors willing to invest they are seeing more facts and figures than we are.
You don’t throw millions into a penny stock unless your confident.
Further to support this is ART also bought in at the last placing, he would have known this was coming so why wait unless he knows that this is going up.

Yes PIs and LTH don’t like dilution but timing buying in on the correct part of the life cycle is paramount.

I bought the majority of my holding in the last number of weeks, 4 billion is shares. I bought in for Nigeria etc as Atomic wasn’t on the cards.

Now 9 billion but have a minimum 15% of a producing asset.
Once cash flow comes in shares can be bought back 8 billion to 9.5billion do the maths that 20p prediction before the RNS what’s that now 16-17p

The $8m that needed to be paid is paid - your post from yesterday asked why it wasn’t paid by the 31/1. My reply because as per his interview it didn’t need paying by then.

The Atomic Deal is producing, regardless of how much it’s commissioned and producing. No IFs or BUTs.
We increase flow rates using Natural Gas, Propane and Butane it really is that easy.
The monetary value this will bring to the company is mental.
Pis and the market don’t fully appreciate this, Atomic will instantly re-rate the MC. Once we increase output and it’s RNSed that MC just gets bigger it’s just going to be re-rate after re-rate.
