Look past the dilution it is minimal they have the finance in place, future financing and will be cash generative. Those that have DTOR know this, as it was in the RNS dates 16.12 this needs to bag and a bit and institutional investors get in, the free float will be swallowed up GLA

Well I don’t know about you guys, I have just seen this RNS and thought I was dreaming. I actually pinched myself and logged in and out of the RNS to make sure I really was reading what was in front of me.
This RNS is MASSIVE, Art has absolutely delivered for shareholders, we should see shortly a RNS confirming the acquisition of Atomic in its entirety.
The market needs to now start its re-rate, the RNS not only informs the market that finance is in place and this is going ahead but there is additional finance available and agreed so no more “DILUTION”.

He has 100% de-risked this share and I can personally see PI loading up here. This should now explode.

We have seen two TR-1 notices within 9 days, the first was for 10.87% and the latest today at 5.45%

Given this form 45-106 F1 was only signed within the last couple of days and the amount of large trades popping up I am expecting a couple more TR-1 notices soon.

Now why these shares are getting hoovered up and finding themselves in sticky hands, how quickly will the SP tick up once it re-rates on Atomic Deal completion, the MC surpasses £50m and the institutional investors want their large positions.

You guessed it a massive bull run, follow the smart money, PIs taking positions before the herd, traders and institutional investors arrive.

Yes he is wanting to cancelled the $9 billion pipe line and rely on OPEC imports

He is also going to rely on opec imports which means he will look to import more oil, as Biden is looking at cutting production levels.
In my opinion and some might not agree he will look to put tax on large vehicles and drive up the cost of fuel by either increased import tax, tax at the pump or by reducing production and relying more on imports, this increasing global prices (lower production / using imports).
The only way Americans will stop driving gas guzzlers is if it’s not financially viable.

I expecting an initial jump of $10-15 imo Biden stance will cause oil to rally.

Once the NPV figures are released in Q1 or Q2 expect further increases.
Art should issue a schedule / milestones of targeted output.
He saa as is he will look to increase output so by how much and by when he should inform the market, he seems confident from the interview that the top end output quoted can be surpassed very easily.

Not to bothered holding long here expecting to see so thing special once output is increased the other assets and licensing is now bonuses and not priced in imo

Current SP 0.25p - MC Approx £25m

Atomic Deal is a cost of $64m - £47m your SP of 0.5p is very conservative as that is a MC of £50m and would only reflect the company based on the monetary value paid for Atomic.

It’s of my opinion that this should retrace to a minimum of £100- £150 MC giving a sP of 1-1.5p minimum imo

If the figures are not exchange prices and are of share price it’s not mate rates it’s 3.5x current SP

If it is a past placing that has just been settled (already RNSed) then this could also be a posibility if we calculate that at the exchange price.

I have emailed him to clarify to stop speculation so hopefully back soon or a RNS confirmation

I am happy for another rise if my thought process is correct and he has issued shares at a future trading price.
We know $4m in shares were required
We know Atomic wanted 100% ownership however the Chinese had approx 15% so has he forced their hand but done it in away that will reduce massive dilution at these levels?
If he has its game changing look past the word “DILUTION” look at the revenue NPV and rerate on being a 100% owner.

There is also nothing to say that the shares issued to cover the Chinese and $4m will be sold, they could retain there interest to have a holding in COPL but have no overheads or costs. I am also under the impression that the Chinese will almost be forced to sell their share this might be the reasoning for this being accepted
