BP paid 10 cents dividend per quarter. There will be a lot of oil companies in trouble at these prices, BP won't be one of them.

Based on guidance of paying out 30-50% of free cash flow I'd expect the final dividend to be unchanged for 2019. For 2020 I have every confidence in the superb management team to continue to run the business in whatever challenging circumstances may present themselves.
