Chamer, I was in the same position and sold 2 months ago. Watching closely and tempted to buy back in but other plays seem more inviting.
And whilst I'm on my soap box, where are the contracts? Testing is at an all time high for demand yet we have released no RNS on new contracts. We have heard nothing from our new CEO, we are still in dispute with DHSC yet we still managed a mediocre £4m top up with them. No sign of home PCR which would be an absolute game changer right now. I bought on the hype but also ran my own DD before buying in at £7+. I've averaged down and currently 25% underwater. If offered break even I'd be gone. One thing I've learnt, AIM is not for me.
Going to add some more tomorrow, thought I was doing well with a sub #13 average but only going to get better, Will continue to add when I can.
SN would be a steal takeover for someone at this price!! IMO DYOR.
Read the boards daily, here and over on ADVFN (although too much b#tc#ing over there). I am as frustrated as most here, I have accumulated a bigger position with NCYT than any of my other equities, I've bought as high as £8 and have been averaging down since. Not bought any for a few weeks but if this reaches £2 I may have to buy more. I still look at the fundimentals and see a great company. However the communication is the worst thing, when they do release a RNS it is poorly written and the SP tanks further, even their tweets are bad and not great for confidence. I've tried contacting IR and had no reply, not even an acknowledgement. It doesn't feel right, and at times I think I'd happily take a bid at £4 and walk away at a loss and never talk about NCYT again. Investor relations have been poorly managed with no interest or care shown towards its share Holders. Very very frustrated.
I'd like to hear DA come out with his personal Mid -Long term aim for this company.
Have pretty much written my holding off, averaged down but still at 40%+ loss. Thought we'd maybe have some good news before AGM, disappointed. Will keep checking back in and hopefully one day see an improvement. Good Luck to all LTH.
Been thinking loads today about what I should do, stopped buying a few months back and promised myself I'd just sit tight and wait. Sat with a 50%+ paper loss however with the SP in the 270s I can't turn my nose up, I'll be selling another position tomorrow to free up capital and will be loading up on more NCYT bringing my average down a good bit. Whilst the current main line of business is COVID 19, I feel this is the beginning of something big with this company, they have proven to be pioneers in a the diagnostic sector (which is only going to grow (fast)) and with the appointment of DA I'm confident he will use his marketing and sales background to firm up some pretty hefty contracts. DHSC aside (which will be resolved eventually and give the SP a kick) the future is bright, for Novacyt. IMO DYOR

Notice of rescheduled AGM
Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 29 September 2021 - Novacyt ( EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT ), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, announces that it will re schedule its Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to be held today at 2pm CEST/1pm BST to a later date. As usual, and in accordance with French corporate law, the AGM comprises both ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
To function as a procedural meeting, the AGM requires a sufficient number of shareholders to constitute a quorum to ensure the AGM is validly held in accordance with French corporate law. This threshold has not been met and, in accordance with Article 19 of Novacyt articles of association, the AGM will be rescheduled. A new date for the AGM and voting instructions will be communicated separately.
Looks like we are in for another day of red. Maybe even Sub #300? The longer this dispute goes on and with the draw down of PCR and the drive to get back to normality I am beginning to think this is only going one way from here. Sitting at 42% in the red and bleeding out.
I'm at the end of my tether with this Company. Communication is key to success and NCYT have been poor. Fed up of the same Tweets over and over again. Biggest investment regret buying to these to date, I hope DA changes the fortunes of this soon .
When I heard this I was a little bit sick in my mouth. Many have ramped the likes of Wren Healthcare using our PCR, this will impact our revenues. We need more information on the future direction post COVID to help the SP rise to where we think it could be.
