It will come and then ppl would think why they didnt buy PREM at this price sitting on mcap of just 13 mill.

President is back tomorrow and after watching the VAST podcast this morning for clues, their CEO explains that international duties delayed signature by just one day.

So I expect it to be completed on his return.

Thursday today and its near end of week. PREM are edging ever closer to get the sign off and then a rich period of news flow to Xmas and beyond.

The amount of news flow to land by xmas this is no way going to stay at this level,. Predictions of 1p + may well be come to fruition.

Now past mid week it will rise each day IMO. EPO sign off is "very close" according to reliable sources.
