I don't like to guess, if we get a RTO, then I would suspect a suspension of shares before announcement. I think the suspension could be for just days/ weeks though not longer. dependent on the deal I think we could then start trading on open @ 3p. It will then rise significantly after that when everyone buys in. Of course we'll have a bit of dip for profit takers, but 3p will be bottom price after that point. All guesstimates and don't hold me to that. I'm hoping just like the next man. But too much happening recently with holdings and Teeling / HSBC to think there isn't more in it and SP is being held back for a reason (IMO).

Personally dont believe in codes mate, Just MM's balancing trades so they don't pay charges. Although I could be completely wrong and we have that illusive RNS tomorrow morning :-)

Before PI start to realize the potential of this one. I'm happy sitting and waiting for this to blow. I always like to get in early and watch while others try and scramble to buy in when news comes in. Worked for me on SOLG / XTR and NMG.....next one is NTOG btw, cant wait for that one to rerate massively.

patience is key, but when news does come out it will surely be rerated, like the turnaround from 0.12p to where we are now. This an easily go from .50 to 3p in hours of trading because of such low amoutn of shares in issue and mcap being under 1m like you say. I'll just topslice at that price, because it could move on massively from there. But lets stick to the first target for now hey!

Office relocation (http://www.neosplc.com/2012/03/26/relocation-of-london-offices/) - Global Supply Agreement for UCO and the access to 543,000 acres of farmland for Biofuels (very exciting) - City Whispers of RTO with Principle. but we need some light be cast on the situation between Principle, HSBC and Teeling, certainly some balancing of holdings going on I believe before the news.

I agree but I have a few questions and possible answers, wonder if you agree? - HSBC purchased 35M shares from Teeling and have subsequently sold half at a substantial loss. Do you think they been acquired by someone / II or just absorbed into the general free float, has it been done to suppress the SP? yet we haven't been notified of further holding increases. May that be our next RNS ? Whats the general opinion then?, what you expecting on upcoming news that makes you think this is the right time to buy?. Honest question, I'm also invested.

No one knows whats really happening, Priniciple/Shappire..whoever. Strategy and board alignment will come out soon enough. I am calm for now, I've invested in the hope of something will be happening which will get this motoring. For now we just wait and see.

may just see another RNS this week, don't shoot me down if I'm wrong, but news is close IMO.
