Titan Europe buys out its JV partner in Turkey The Board of Titan Europe is pleased to announce that Titan Europe's wholly-owned subsidiary, Titan Italia SpA ("Titan Italia") acquired yesterday (18 April 2011) the remaining 50 per cent. interest in its joint venture business, Titan Jantsa Jant Sanayi Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. ("Titan Jantsa") from JANTSA-Jant Sanayı ve Tıcaret A.S. ("JANTSA"). The cash consideration paid for the shareholding is €8.5 million. Titan Jantsa, established as a joint venture in 2005, serves the Turkish market and Western European OEM customers principally for agricultural wheels up to 38-inch diameter. The Titan Jantsa operation currently manufactures 150,000 wheels per year and produces for CNH, Same, Landini and CLAAS in Europe and Turk Tractor in Turkey. For the year ended 31 December 2010, Titan Jantsa recorded profit before tax of €1.0 million on turnover of €10.2 million. At the same date, Titan Jantsa had net assets of €10.0 million. Titan Jantsa's unaudited results for the period January to March 2011 were revenues of €3.1 million with an EBITDA of €0.8 million (25.8%). At this date the company also had cash of €3.2 million. Titan's Turkish factory has proved a highly successful addition to the Group's manufacturing capability providing low-cost, high-quality product in a region with easy access to the Italian ports and mainstream European operations.

Not quite the Company we knew a while ago, and certain important people who held the reigns previously, sadly didn't learn from previous errors in accounting. Despite all the doom and gloom posted up since suspension life go's on for HCL. Let's just hope these new operator's who've moved in realize that the Shareholders would like some news at the earliest possible moment when things are resolved. Entertainment One (LON:ETO) - On the right square Wednesday, Apr 13 2011 by Edison Investment Research Apr 13th 2011 - Edison Investment Research today published a report on Entertainment One (ETO.L, LSE:ETO, LON:ETO) entitled "On The Right Square". In summary, the report says: The proposed acquisition of Australian film distributor Hopscotch fits squarely with eOne’s growth strategy and the price paid (6.8x historic EBITDA) looks very reasonable. We have taken the opportunity to adjust our estimates for the recent share placing and closure of the Canadian retail operation; overall our FY12 EPS estimate goes up from 13.2p to 13.3p. After a very strong one-year performance the shares have retreated slightly, which should represent a buying opportunity, given eOne’s continuing success in growing its scale and international profile.

Guys___Mobile phone software group Velti plans to cancel its Aim membership in April. Existing investors have two options. They can either transfer their shares to America, where Velti is now listed, or sell them in the market. Swapping British shares for US ones is a logistical headache. Investors should sell now and put the money into something more accessible.

Hej Pinto, I think it's still too early to judge any outcome at this stage. Looks like there is now a few new serious operators onboard which should push things along. I personally would like to see Kate Bleasedale re-instated. There would be no HCL in exsistence without her initial concept and talent. I'm staying in for the longer term as I believe things will level out and it's quite obvious the Market rates HCL's future potential which is expanding in global terms. Some high waves to surf before reaching the calm. Patience needed here, I wouldn't worry about mm/s and the SP at this stage. One thing's for sure despite the change in market conditions, this is still an important Stock with lots of potential value. BW

For those of you who may have missed this RNS last week here's a copy. Requisition of General Meeting requested on 8th February 2011. A requisition to hold a general meeting to replace the Board has been received by Healthcare Locums plc ("HCL") from Healthmark UK LLP, of whom the designated members are Kate Bleasdale the Executive Vice Chairman and her husband John Cariss. While HCL intends to comply with its statutory obligations in relation to the meeting, the Board perceives the requisition to be an unwelcome distraction. The internal investigation referred to in HCL's announcement dated 25 January 2011 continues. Additional information will be incorporated within HCL's circular to shareholders which will be issued in due course. END. It's a waiting game for all. This is a successful Company and our recent new posters make encouraging comment. Don't underestimate the Lady who statrted up this operation not that many years ago. It's pointless trying to contact Officers of HCL at this stage, and I for one, are not interested to hear what Walker might have to say. Hang in!
