Capital & Regional opens for trade on JSE Capital & Regional is pleased to confirm it commenced a Secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on Wednesday 7 October 2015. Hugh Scott-Barrett, Chief Executive, said: "This is an important moment for Capital & Regional. We have been listed on the London Stock Exchange for nearly 30 years and in that time we have seen significant interest from South African institutions and private investors attracted to our investment case. This listing provides them with greater opportunity to participate in our future income and capital growth while enhancing the liquidity of the Company's shares and future funding options."

Forgot to add that BlackRock, Inc reported that they have upped their stake to above 5%. Which follows the recent Fokker purchase and a solid six months of trading. So, who's playing the fiddle ?

Very possible the latest Broker Targets might have induced some selling by private Investors, however, as said, these so called experts are covering their backs so they don't appear as absolute ****s. As we all know in between the lines, games are often being played to get the SP's down for obvious reasons. Trust not those with the power to influence prices, ie' Brokers / Analysts / Market Makers. The Times' Tempus stated at the end of July that the stock is good value, and since, even better with recent drops. The Fokker purchase should earn some extra income along the way too. I doubt that the large Funds will be selling their Holdings, with a view to further gains in due course. Current global issues aren't helping either. I'm hanging in !

Several Investors are bullish on CAL and I'm sure you don't regret your little punt. GL

With the slide back from last weeks high of 936. 00 thought I'd add a few at the lower price matching 10 days ago. Still very optimistic !

Numis upgraded mall owner Capital & Regional from 'add' to 'buy' and upped its price target from 66p to 70p. Analyst Robert Duncan said the company's valuation performance was strong for the first half of 2015, as capital values rose 6.2% across the portfolio. The property firm had a stronger-than expected-yield shift and valuation performance for the first half of 2015, Duncan said, justifying an upgrade in full-year net asset valuations by 6%. Duncan also noted investment is expected to accelerate in the second half of the year as works at Maidstone and Blackburn begin.

Remembering that WPCT is a LSE Stock, bought and sold as any other Share, it's subject to some profit taking along the way. Today it touched a high of 117. 00 so no suprise there was some profit taking today. Stifel are not wrong in stating performance is strong, wouldn't be suprised is their aim is to get the SP down so they can grab some stock cheaper. Forget not, the Industry is well corrupt. So, hold your ground if you believe in Neil Woodford. I'm in for the long haul, Stifel could learn a few tricks from NW.
