Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Yep I think the targets from 2021 onwards are a bit of a joke and that was made clear to management at the Capital Markets Day by a number of people on this board.
It also irked the institutional investors, hence the large vote against at the AGM.
S7 I don't think the board will be able to control or manipulate the share price once the contracts start being announced. But worst case scenario 6.1p by June is still a 20%+ return from this level.
Why isn't PM incentivised to smash the targets? If SEE does well he'll be a very rich man.
WHL - the targets are disclosed in the last page of this document:

...but personally I think the SP targets are way too low.
Good questions from the floor, especially from one mischievous PI. Also biggest laugh of the day came when another PI (Terence I think his name was ;) quoted Cenkos's strategic value to global tech giants comment. PM: "lets hope so!"
Hi all - in addition to what has already been posted, I took note of the following:
-Auto: only pitching for profitable contracts, premium end of the market. PM described Auto as "long lead time, high volume business."
-Fleet: "medium lead time, medium volume, recurring revenue business."
-Aviation: "low volume, extraordinarily high selling price, recurring revenue business."
All 3 are at an inflection point.
Tim Edwards demonstrated how it took 15 years to develop our tech and how sophisticated it is. He's heavily invested and said "this company is poised and ready to scale.
Semicast - great and insightful presentation. Thinks 70% of light vehicles will have DMS by 2026, up from 1% today. Does anyone know the nature of the relationship between SM and Semicast? Do SM pay Colin? Is he invested (I assume so)?
Nick Di Fiore said "a few additional RFQs have hit over the last month or two." Didn't give any numbers.
Also said one of our recently announced auto wins relates to NCAP. A$400m pipeline. Looking forward to Japanese RFQs early next year.
Overall a really excellent and insightful event. The SM team were all happy to talk and were extremely personable.
