Ore prices are doing very nicely, anybody else looked at the metals charts recently?

Could be full steam ahead if Qme decide to go ahead with the development and take their percentage..Any ideas people on what it would put the SP at?

Looking at the reabold site US$18/bbl is the break even figure, so how much profit does that give at today's oil price....

Thing is they missed the main prospect ......let's hope results show something similar to wytch farm, after all they found just 30 mil before they upgraded resources to 450 mil...

What's going to happen with the 2 onshore blocks they have a percentage in as well....PEDL330 and PEDL345.

I personally think the MPs have made a complete hash of Brexit. Uncertainty across the whole board for any business. Also agree with you about rural areas. Don't have much left in the village where I am now. Yet the only pub left charges London prices and wonders why they are quiet...

I only latched onto those examples when I was being made to feel sorry for them teetering on the edge. .. I've seen pay rates shooting up over the past couple of years and a lack of skilled foreign staff.. Farmers are paying higher higher rates to get their produce off the fields.... I don't see those costs being passed on.. It's across the whole food industry...The days of cheap labour are coming to an end.... That is how things are before we even enter exports and imports..

Levi's Yep what would I know having worked in the industry the past 10 years... Like you say though it will work itself out, since the vote to leave I have seen the effects it is having on labour, not as cheap as it once was and a shortage....

I don't really feel sorry for the so called farmers teetering on the brink, haven't met a poor one yet, here's an interesting one, I know of places where the rebate they get each year from the EU covers all their staffs salaries.. My take on things is farming is just one big tax fiddle that pays pretty well....perhaps if the supermarkets relaxed their spec on veg and fruit then we would see cheaper prices. .. The waste is shocking.

53% of farmers voted for brexit and almost all of them rely on foreign labour, lot of the European countries import there cheap labour from Asia which the UK aren't allowed to do.. You got Thai nationals picking blueberries in Finland for example...So not sure why we are getting the scare tactics from the Farmers Union..
