What parts nasty what parts fabricated. Why is this not being denied by wall it would have stopped fear sellers..

Please provide examples of really nasty stuff ? I’m checking this out and it’s proving to be true.

The chip shortage would have been eased by China crackdown. I think the top and bottom of it is epic can’t make what Argo require for now and who knows how long that will take… 5 million on deposit for experiments ? We need machines end of story.

What a nasty rns
1.Broken ground in Texas doesn’t mean anything……. 2.Then that awful paragraph at the end….. that deserves it’s own rns in itself so much hype….These machines were stated for July and would have made us one of the most powerful miners then it was delayed and now just cancelled…with 5 million sitting in a bank deposit for epic what!??? Technology doesn’t exist? What are you building Texas for or breaking ground in Texas if you can’t supply machines. China just eradicated Bitcoin and again we aren’t there to capitalise from it. Finding it hard to believe what is stated in rns’ s now as they can be changed amended or just outright cancelled with very little explanation. This should be over 3 quid a share and sentiment and be business decisions are driving it down. Very annoyed.

It was stated in rns’ s months ago this facility would have up to 800 mw starting off with 200mw. So nothing new in that….. completion does say first half 2022 so anyone spouting c0mpletion by 1st January is very ambitious. Most build projects are behind schedule plus the spiralling costs and lack of raw materials.I will be very happy if this is fully operational by June 2022.

Let’s hope this climb continues as 80 odd pence was an insult to the sp.

You would need to go through monthly btc totals to see what’s been sold and hodl. I think this year they haven’t been selling btc to cover costs as lots of money in bank from dilution and loans so why would you sell btc when you have all that available cash…..

It will get cheaper .

RC I believe in btc but not Argo anymore. The ex movie Director has played a great story here. I’ve learned my lesson with this. I will accumulate btc and have started my own mining rig through compass mining if you can’t beat them join them.

The dilutions loans and tall tales from PW has eliminated most peoples sentiments. Those are the facts and with this lack of sentiment I see more pain for us. Fortunately I was trading this since end of December so I’m not under water like others. I’ll keep my few shares I have in this and see what happens.

At the end of January would you have thought Argo was going to be on the Nasdaq by now ? It seemed a shoe in….. then the dilution and the loans and also the unwillingness to finance your company selling your btc holdings that only cost 8-10k to mine. Advertising is non existent and marketing just leaves me dismayed. I remember when btc breached 50k Argo hit 260p and PW issued a statement saying they see no reason why the sp is so high caused price to go from260p to 190p in minutes. Shame he couldn’t update us when we sliding under a quid now. The nasdaq ‘maybe’is almost criminal these aren’t acts from a chief that has shareholder interests at all ? Or am I missing the mark……

Exploring, what a terrible word. After all these months of nudge nudge wink wink we get ‘exploring’ the Nasdaq.

Feel misled….. strategic update…… when are the machines coming online that were due in July ? Texas update ? What is marketing doing to,create brand awareness ?

I would have to loook this up but I’m sure PW insinuated that all Nasdaq paperwork was filed or in the process of….. why now after 6 months you use the word explore when you could have said this in feb……PW you’re losing me and doubtless losing many more but what does it matter you don’t use any of your assets to pay bills just dilution and loans hope you enjoyed your 5 million earlier this year as you saw better opportunities than arb.

Hexam, The problem I see is arb wanted access of up to 100 million usd so the costs or budgets have obviously come to that number. I don’t know what the 20 million does in its entirety before they need more…..

Musician……nice one on kod I’m waiting for ths (: I can handle the fud from musk et al I’m bullish with btc…… problem is we didn’t really rise from bitty going 42k to 63k then as it retraced back to 50k sp got really hit. The big share sale by the Aussie kept us going sideways and down I think lots were in for a quick buck and when that didn’t materialise it added to the selling pressure in spite of btc rising.

Anyways as depressing as all this is right now over time it has to come good just hope it does before my bills are due.GLA

I think it would be naive of us to think that it won’t be a dilution to pay the loan. Why was the 100 m facility never utilised ? I repurchased many shares off the back of that loi as felt Texas could be completed very quickly with the pre negotiated loan…..not even an rns to explain why we aren’t utilising it and then this 14 million, will it be enough ? Pw has had multiple opps to sell btc before diluting shares and has diluted the company when btc was over 50k so I can’t see the strategy of selling btc under 40k right now when in 6 months a dilution wouldn’t have hurt like it would have now. Sentiment on the stock has shifted in a freaking bull cycle ffs….so Pete was the 100 m just a bold faced lie to engage investor sentiment in a positive light. As apart from what’s stated in this loi rns I’ve never seen it’s mention again? Do you intend to sell btc to service the loan or are you going to shareholders wallets again ?

This loan dilution stuff drives me nuts I do wish I’d sold at 3 quid plus. When Loi for Texas was signed in February this was stated

‘ As part of this project, Argo will also gain access to a pre-negotiated US$100 million credit facility at competitive rates. This will provide Argo with sufficient debt capital to build out the facility and further expand its mining fleet to upscale the Company's operations and capacity.

Now the end of June we are borrowing 14 million over 6 months which will probably have to be paid with a dilution. What’s happened with the 100 million facility ? I can’t find anything on it.

Next Nasdaq can’t deny or confirm well it’s been a string on a ball for 6 months now I jokingly told RC put me down for July 13 listing day as it was my birthday but here we are no further clarity.

AFTER THE HELL OF UNDER 30K BTC OVER THE WEEKEND. THE RISE that followed and should continue would have given traction to this sp but no 14 million loan comes out. Maybe I am missing something I have been away for a while but really unimpressed with the way this has played out. Paid my money and took my chances………..wish I’d traded what I could see and not what I thought would happen to future sp.

Hopefully some big news, looks US inspired could it be the belated Nasdak listing ? More petahash ? More rigs?

I wonder if he has any btc left..... he’s caused it to go 55 ish to 42 ish. That’s pretty incredible.... I think he bought at 33k? Announced his purchase when btc was at 42k and went over 60k. Whether we like it or not he wields quite a lot of force over pricing. I would be surprised if he still owns btc with the way he’s been talking last 24 hours on Twitter. They have been sone expensive tweetsif he’s HODL.

Evil genius. Tesla recvd 518 million in green credits last quarter. Are any uygher Muslims under duress making parts for his cars. The production of a Tesla requires a petrol engine to do 50,000 miles to match the pollution so they not the magic bulletin everybody says. Musk been fined and banned by sec for tweets regarding Arab buyers at 420 a share which was proven to be untrue. I really do think he’s come up with this for lower entry prices for him and the billionaire PayPal’s.

It a fact that money is more energy intensive than Bitcoin will ever be. So let’s ban dosh for digital. All I can say is we probably going under a pound soon and I’m a buyer of this all the way to 0 or £10 just a bit more hurt to go......./
