GST walked away from EasySend because the deal no longer worked after the purchase of Semnet.' EasySend got politely postponed in the March 2025 RNS right after they went all-in on the Bake/CAKE crypto acquisition (completed Jan 2025) and the board admitted 'no urgent need' while preaching 'disciplined capital allocation'. Basic public timeline stuff.

If you can't read RNS dates without tripping over them, perhaps park the lectures for a minute?

Remember confidently declaring that 0.2p would 'never' happen? Or how you swore the Lithuanians 'would never be so stupid' to accept a MiCA application on the 31st Dec and then basically cancel the business next?

Well… the LT transitional period slammed shut end of December 2025. GST's Lithuanian arm (GS Fintech UAB) missed the MiCA deadline, so they shifted operations to the Polish VASP entity (Finferno). Now they're claiming they'll resubmit the MiCA application back in Lithuania in Q1 2026 while Bake (and Finferno) are also 'applying in Poland' under a framework that still isn't fully MiCA-compliant yet, if bake are applying inPoland does that knock out the LT reapply ? Bake know there is no MiCA framework in Poland and its not being said by accident.

Joke's on the negative opinions though.........its a delusion I have never come across before, even the argonauts woke up at 90 % down,

Bake have said they are reapplying in Poland so until Poland passes some sort of Mica regulatory framework that passes parliament and Bake can actually apply, everybody has to wait for Poland to sort out MiCA.
