Someone who isn’t me never paid tax on crypto wins, when That person who isn’t me cashes out They send btc to various brokers that give cash or bank transfers. This movement of cash must be a large amount as many people like to avoid tax if they can.

These new regs will ensure tax begins because at the moment it’s very opaque and more down to the individual to ‘fess up’
