This is my problem with the industry at large, they kind of want to hide the number as its so high.

No one is divulging the all in numbers. You have to do a 'Hexam' to uncover it. Ive realised for a while that Capex and Opex numbers do not leave btc firms in extreme levels of profitiablility, especially of those fimrs are mining btc all in for 50k plus

You bet ! My whole point about hocus pocus accounting. Some firms that have the btc cost all in at 50k plus, Goodbye those miners!

Interest is calculated in your payments, How about the actual repayments of the loans? As these do become large costs further on down the line. Ie repay 2024 etc.

Some miners are paying 50k plus all in btc costs, Im not being extreme. These true current costs give a far truer picture of the crypto mining game. I hope Helios reduces costs but id be surprised if we see these costs fall below 25k USD per btc all in. Capex is huge and continuous as is Opex .

All costs have to be factored in surely? This was my problem for some time, rampers would say 50k btc Argo 40k profit. This has gone on for a while

Miners exclude many parts from the all in price, I think if this all in price was known across the mining sector they’d be a large reluctance for people to invest. The miners know this and it’s why the figure is opaque

You’re right, but to me it seems no Chairman is being sought, nor is PW a founder, no information to the best of my knowledge shows a desire to find a chairman, if Argo go down the route of focusing on us markets in the future, fine, fair enough.

However a good chairman oversees the ceo not vice versa, unless a founder and PW isn’t. PW is inexperienced a wise chairman overseeing this all would be wise imho.

Dow Jones still top heavy at 31,000 and nasdaq i believe will see massive drops from the current numbers.

Right now i think the markets are being nice for whats coming, Once commodities go on a tear its game over.

Debts have to be paid or a grand reset is coming as the mountains of debt are un-repayable, whatever ! bleak times but a bottom will come like they always do.

How long can pw act as acting/ interim chairman before corporate Governance rules are broken? Coleen Sullivan bailed quick last year, shes a heavyweight doesnt muck around.

The current set up enables if in bad hands, skullduggery to go on and barring that, this is not a good look at all.

They moaned the other day that hive were paying 22k for btc costs and it was way too high. Nobody has done a Hexam on that board, and worked out true cost just the 7-9k mayhem that the bod also tried to hoodwink with hence my 'hocus pocus' accounting qoutes, cos it is hocus pocus!

I'm glad and hopeful investors understand the huge costs of mining btc and not this unicorn 7-9k thats been bandied around for many a moon!

The reality is not many thought the btc costings were this high. Surely every investor should know this costings, the miners stay well away from it, obviously.

Well the miners have to expand, opex and capex are the gue cosst to bear for industrial crypto mining so its pointless saying, what was it without helios costs? lol that will eventually reduce it to hopefully a lower rate than the current $33,904.00

Just in case anyone missed this fantastic post from 'Hexam' All in costs $33,904.00, prior to this detailed breakdown the belief amongst many was the costs of 7k per BTC thankfully now that has been laid to rest by the superb accounting skills of 'Hexam' 470 coins mined for Q1 1.6 million gbp net income, If these low prices continue in btc Q2 will be worse.

Total Costs excluding share based payments (as lumpy) and before interest = $15,935k

Coins mined = 470

Cost per BTC = 15,935k / 470 = $33,904
