Difference is now some of these miners need to mine 400-500 million of crypto a year to justify the huge Capex costs and the market has definitely wised up since MARA were mining 50 coins last January with a 6 billion dollar mcap, those crazy days are long gone.

CORZ on track to be mining 90 a day by the end of the year and its getting hammered and short shares are scarce, even for good old argo.

Corz to me have always been transparent with that self/hosted talk, we all see differnt things in miners, what cant be disputed is CORZ are smashing it out of the park and still getting hammered, so at these BTC prices argo can mine 500 1000 a month and it looks like it would be detrimental to its bottom line.

Also some smelly silly boatman esque short takedown that highlighted some weird ownership details with CORZ plus they from memeory did a SPAC listing when its very unfashionable to do that now.

Some sells by insiders has been massive. They say its at an end but im not so sure.

Also must boil down to the all in btc mined costs, the more you produce the more you lose.

Sell it for 2 cents ? To Argo or 18 cents to residential markets. If you lose 1/4 to a 1/3rd downtime in summer months and the same in winter.

The eh equivalents will only be optimised for certain times.
