Some proper Corporate governance may have prevented some of these dumb decisions that played out here. PW just a walking billboard of psychological positive statements that had no bearing on reality. So many decisions flip flopped as the market went against them that you’d hope someone would be able to keep him in check. PW is a walking contradiction.

PW has come out with some classics, that nobody ever questioned, if you did look into it, you could see it was all flannel.

Why ? PW wrecked this last year, all the sh/tty decisions from last year have what’s caused this to play out this year.

I just wish I’d started shorting when I knew it was wrong ie the Texas land purchase and PW share sales, instead I kept it for 5 months and was pretty quiet about it, when you have that gut feeling it’s very rarely ever wrong. Guts told me wrong in April, bottle and balls not until July and still didn’t sell and start shorting till September.

PW and a few of these board members should be removed and if I was a long sharehoder I’d have been an activist i trying to get PW out.
