Thats how it goes, a lot of this will collapse imho, its only beeen since early June that btc went under 30k, bitcoin didnt ruin the miners, most of the miners have ruined themselves.

Im a long term believer in btc but that doesnt mean it cant go back under 10k 5k 1k but when the downward trend has ended, that'll be the time to buy again lol hopefully!

Thats when ill be buying btc, who knows what the price of btc will be but poor investor btc doesnt need to do anything its the industry that needs the reversal.

@Samispeed The new company would agree to buy the company for a set price. Let's say they buy the company for $200M, just for round numbers. That would be a price of $4.19 per share based on the current total outstanding shares. Essentially, your shares would be bought from you at that price and you would receive cash ($4.19 for every share you own). Sometimes the deals are structured based on the share price directly, meaning the new company would just agree to buy the company for a flat $2 per share. It's essentially the same thing, but $2 would only be a $103M valuation (which is where it's at right now).
