Few days back, Something took the air out at 9.57 usd. I will say Friday is usually a weird day for Mara. So Monday will be a better day to reflect, from 9.57 I was expecting 10 to fall, whether shortersn jumped on at these prices, they’ve diluted shares today feels a bit of a brutal drop.

Let’s see how Monday plays out after a weekend of btc viewing x;)

Chaebol, I just topped up my Mara, hoping it doesn’t drop further. ARB is without a doubt the best miner to trade.

lol even when you buy other miners youre ramping Argo, lol fair play. Hopefully this mara 8 dollars will be cheap on Monday, lets hope for some interesting moves on btc over the weekend.

I dont think the market has acknowledged 'bullish' yet, at the moment i think any miner announcing further eh isnt well received, especially when mara have 13 eh in boxes x;)

I’d like to see more info on it, who are the claimants? Is it just disgruntled retail punters or are some serious players in the suit. I think you’d only have a real good shot if you’re a U.S. citizen, so until I see the actual docket it’s all speculation from me.

The miners or at least many of them have treated this game like the Wild West maybe some fines and restitution may start to enforce some proper corporate governance amongst these cowboys and get them to clean their act up.

Or maybe this is another act from pw to suppress the price lol it’s just not a great look right now, when investors have many mining investments to choose from.

Depends how much money youre putting in, if its insignificant id keep it all on an exchange like Coinbase, kraken, binance.

If youre going in deep i would use cold storage all the way the Trezor Model T faciliates all your requirements and id back that cold storage wallet up and place it in a Safety Deposit Box for my sleep at night/fires/burglary security settings fears.

Well PW told everybody 2 cents fixed, so i think they have an electricity argument regarding misleading statements what else is in that prospectus where pw has shot himself in the foot. I do agree hard to argue and Class actions are funny things that usually fail.

but.....What else did PW add or omit ? every shareholder here apart from La realises PW has done some bad moves some believe they are unlucky some believe they are inept and in this case some investors think its worthy to take to court. I remember one movie he did and at the end of it he went on about his credibility it was weird and set some alarms off in my head it was around August September last year.

The 37p destruction and his excuse regarding the non binding share deal was another bad move. I think the claimants have a chance especially over whats happened. Yep absolutely could be lawyers just rinsing the system but could have merit, Will be interesting to look at the docket and find out more but its another expense from the legacy of flawed ceo PW, just make our lives easier and fook off.

Will Argo release Q4's ? would be nice to see some figures.

I think quite a few of these miners have class action lawsuits this year.

This is quite specific and is related to the listing of the ADR's, could well be something in it for the claimants, anyone here joined the class action ?

Think it was $2.50 HC things did look rather more bleak than they do today, sadly didnt buy any shares of Mara until 6.16.

Maras debt is world class and if it all pans out 10 million shares at 75 ish bucks will be converted, Mara had the most to come down from so when btc reverses like it did its been hit hard once btc flipped Mara showed its turbos. I think the Silvergate loan has just recently been reduced or paid off 50 million from memory.

I just hope they dont go silly on selling btc from now till the next halving.
