If Fred has installed all those machines on time in 2022 its feasible Mara would have gone bankrupt, especially the way energy and btc went from April May 2022.

Id like to know what the dilution was for, 31st Dec 145 million shares were issued March 2023 167 million the 10k filings show that a further 390 million usd can be diluted. its all very hush hush and weird. I still dont believe mara went down because of this dilution, brokers and institutions would know etc.

Does Mara have some huge new expansion plans coming out ? maybe 50 100 eh? if they can justify why they've diluted instead of the radio silence on it, there may be a lot more to the eye in all this dilution. They've said nothing about it whatsoever in media/press.

Funny old day today, for the first time in some time riot broke free from Mara price. As long as btc keeps doing it’s thing I’m sure the rest falls into place 28k Mara 778 isn’t right but all the miners are priced poor at the moment.
