"Nuformix is close to securing a licensing deal with Kissei Pharmaceutical, one of Japan’s largest drug companies, has sent shares in the minnow higher in recent days. Market gossip suggests that Kissei is in talks to license Nuformix’s lead fibrosis treatment alongside its unique oral delivery system. The proprietary delivery mechanism resolves a number of efficacy problems that have plagued Kissei for years, they claim. The partnership could enable Kissei to treat other conditions. The reports suggest that the deal being discussed involves an upfront milestone payment of £15 million and annual royalty payments worth more than £200 million. If a deal is struck and structured on those terms, Nuformix would generate revenues well in excess of its current £40 million"

This rns shows how weak financially this company is imo Trying to appease the crowd with the purchases of a couple of compressors.

Will look to many as though they have,as always, short term money problems ,and have used this deal to give them 3 months payment grace. The savings they mentioned are ridiculous as they are now liable for all further costs regarding the compressors. Very simplistic accounting imo.
Very much putting off payments on both machinery and loans. So compressor payments due December and loan payments due March.
Be interesting to see their bottom line atm imo

It's the word "expected" that concerns me. Relying on payments from third parties to stay afloat can be somewhat precarious, as we've seen over the Chinese fiasco.
The reason I asked them about income from VistaGen was to hear about these payments that peeps where banging on about when the "collaboration" was announced. It appears from the reply I got that any income from them is based around NFX doing lab work if and when needed.
Ebers. We don't know as we only have financials up to end 2919 financial year, and haven't had any info of more from them.
A bit concerning tbh imo.

The response to my question regarding Vistagen was answered by saying that the agreement was basically a "fee-for-service" arrangement in case anyone is interested.

Anyone else had questions responded to, with perhaps a bit more detail (worth sharing)?
