How many times did I bang on about NFX finance and needing to raise cash before year end only to be "put right" and told there was cash til year end. Undisclosed payment from Vitagen , undisclosed payment from Ebers etc etc . Now we have the proof of what the company's mean when they say and why they day "undisclosed". It's not for confidentiality reasons , it's because any up front payments where derisery.
This placement should come as no surprise to any body. Just a shame the sp is so weak that once again they've raised so little from a placement.

Oh how I was mocked for stating my opinion that both the last two weak rns would do nothing to bolster the share price.
We need real news. Deals that mean that NFX is really going somewhere. And an rns that doesn't hold back on information and doesn't contain the word "undisclosed".

Imo companies that do not wish to indulge certain information do so because it's weak, and if those sums were of insignificance that would want to shout about them.
So we got a collaboration with Vista and until there is an announcement of considerable upside it means absolutely zilch.
And the latest "If the option is triggered, Nuformix will receive a “significant upfront payment” etc etc. The word "if" at the start of that sentence tells it's own story and puts this deal exactly where it should be; in the "if" column . So once again why all the excitement for a deal that at present means very little.
All that matters here are those numbers at the top of the page and atm the bod have done little to nothing to create investor upside.
After this last years debacle it is going to take a mega deal deal to move this sp (which I hope comes), but I fear many peeps are tired of this investment and will want out earlier than they would have done previously.

I understood that from the returns. It was just that when the company stated "significant upfront payment and believes it will earn further R&D and early-stage milestone payments up to a total of £1m during 2019.", I was looking for a great deal more, which I guess in the end didn't materialise.

Cambridge, UK, 9th April 2019: Nuformix (LSE: NFX), the pharmaceutical development company using cocrystal technology to unlock the therapeutic potential of approved small molecule drugs, today announces it has signed an agreement for cannabinoid therapeutics development, licensing and commercialisation containing up to £51 million of upfront, R&D and milestone payments, plus long-term royalties of 20% of net sales (the "Agreement").
Under the terms of the Agreement and the expected development timeline, Nuformix will receive a significant upfront payment and believes it will earn further R&D and early-stage milestone payments up to a total of £1m during 2019.
