Well I guess posting "strong buy" all the way down from 6p isn't ramping or trying to suggest to others ,perhaps even newcomers " that nfx was the excellent investment at the time. When at some time last year I said that I wasn't happy with their wishy washy rns, you advised me not to be so negative and read between the lines . How did that turn out? And I assure you I am not "miserable " as you put it : just a realist. Unlike some that thought 6p was a strong buy. Now where are those 74 million at 2p? ;-) ATB
This is a never ending saga of cheap shares being sold down to bargain basement. Quick turnaround of millions of shares and easy money while lth suffer. A saga that has been what feels like endless, and now another tuppeny 74 million more than likely to be offloaded, and so it continues. Same carp day in day out.
For many the deal was a forgone conclusion and many bought in these past three or four weeks or earlier. Late comers bought in on today's rns. Good profit made today and will probably get back in as it drifts.. ATB
Yet he was cheered on by many and I read someone here actually based his investment on his blatherings. But then folk love to be told everything is alright, even if it is all wrong. ATB ATB
Yeah hi Soup. I see what your saying, but the reason we are actually discussing this is because the company doesn't, or hasn't yet, disclosed the sums involved. For what reason are they undisclosed is the point. ATB
Ahh Soup. So you're saying the upfront payment is no longer to be significant. Then why was it was it described as such in the first place? Was it deliberately misleading or just a slip of the typing finger.?Hmm hmm And what is significant? 1 million? 2 million? I'd guess that perhaps we should lower our sights. ATB
Ok, I'm a cynic, but after all these years investing/trading in shares there is one thing that comes across. That is any deal that is a a significant deal by a bod is always shouted from the roof tops by the CEO. Figures that are undisclosed will more often than not be a lot less than pi's conjecture. So if it's "significant " Anne please announce it and not hide behind "contractual reasons " this time. We need to know if the income stream is significant(there's that word again) enough to finance the company for the foreseeable future. ATB
Nonsense. There's one thing about being positive and another thing about saying the same mantra for16 months, laced with the odd insult for anyone that disagreed.
