this is a great view Mac...I've not given this much thought and went for the lazy buyout (possible) option tbf. however on reflection this could play out in the most fantastic way and have us all surprised by the sale strategy! ive been one to sit, wait...and watch but this makes a lot of sense for me for them to sell in 'wooden dollars'...either way im in to the end. hope you all had a wonderful xmas and are all keeping safe and well.

I’d imagine they will see off the final GP of the season and sign on the flight to Russia / UK. I’ve convinced myself of this anyway so all will be settled next week. Plausible in my red wine, Sunday lunch coma. See you all tomorrow at 7am.

Update on the new corner sofa is the end of Jan...hoping to be celebrating long before the arrival! I’m thinking 21st / 22nd Dec we will be sold for +£2.00. Good luck all and keep safe.
