RE: prem group30 Sep 2018 17:04
Chippy, I agree regarding TR1 notification. It is possible that the investment went to a consortium of individual parties. The dilution was around 6 or 7% meaning that it would only need to be three parties for them to be below 3%. In regular discussions with the company there was frequent talk about 'a consortium of interested parties'. My interpretation always was that they would perhaps come to form a specific group with whom we would be JV'ing (I believe that is what they were intimating).
What's particularly worth noting is that there has been no sign of significant selling. Not like the days of Darwin or others, who would be forward selling or heading for the exit doors the moment they had the chance. I firmly believe they are, at least for the moment, in the sticky hands.
But if PREM is meant to be in great difficulty, and this is meant to be known the entire market, why would anyone want to invest that much and in this way?
It can only be because they are confident of a particular outcome, at least over RHA (ownership?) and that they have a bit more insight than we do. Otherwise, it would be an enormous risk. Massive in fact. So what's going on??
I personally believe we have some good news due soon. But it is for everyone else to come to their own conclusions.
Good luck all!
