danielson, shorting is allowed because it allows, specfically but not exclusievly, those who are within the industry and markets, to benefit out of Share Proces both rising and falling. No different to those complex financial instruments that markets and banks themselves created and, strangely, do not now properly understand (when asked to explain).

Shorting allows those within the indutry a win-win situation.

It brings 'some' liquidity to the markets but not enough to convince me they it is worthwhile (especially because it is destructive).

Bernadette, FRR has ot defaulted. The only possible default, potnetially leading to Outrider believing they had a case to call in the debt, would've been the possible YA Default. But that was settled in FRR's favour and quite clearly. This meaning there was no basis for Outrider to seize FRR assets.

As far as I am concerned, and I'm sure many others, our assets will remain our assets. What is in question is how the case between Outrider and FRR will be settled --- remembering we are suing Outrider for $56million!!

Good interview. Agree share price movement an overreaction. Binding JDA Q1 2019, and by accounts, likely sooner on Q1 than later. After all the previous issues, I'm expecting NCCL to be able to keep to the timetable they've confirmed here. These levels are for loading up.

ChinaBlue, not sure where you get that conclusion from. ThumbsUp is much nearer to the truth. PREM just isn't high enough up the order. I do believe the decision will come but there's a list of companies and programmes all requiring restructuring and 'reformation' (as they seem to also call it)

Let FRR - especially ZM and SN - deal with this the way they have been. Anything else is just grossly unnecessary and even counterproductive.

I'm guessing that certain kinds of decisions should be properly processed and published through more official routes before finding it's way on to a twitter feed.

The short of it is, I wasn't expecting any twitter mentions until after official RNS and is fine by me.
