Yes, looks to be breaking out today from a consolidation. Simon Thompson tipped them as a BUY as couple of days ago:
https://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/comment/2019/03/06/batm-s-earnings-beat-prompts-bumper-upgrades/
Strong recent results and outlook bode well for a decent move up in price:
"Looking ahead, the momentum achieved in the second half of 2018 has carried into 2019 with a substantially higher backlog of orders than at equivalent period last year. As a result of increased visibility from long-term contracts as well as confirmed projects to be completed in the year, we anticipate revenue and EBITDA growth ahead of market expectations for full year 2019."

Huge volume yesterday and if that is the overhang cleared then there could be a good move up from here.
Simon Thompson certainly reckons the shares are a buy with 50% upside:
"I would also flag up that Ramsdens’ balance sheet is cash rich with proforma net funds likely to be around £9.3m post the acquisition, a sum worth 30p a share. This cash pile not only provides ample firepower for the management team to cherry pick further earnings accretive bolt-on purchases, but also means that Ramsdens’ double digit earnings growth is being valued on a cash-adjusted forward price/earnings (PE) ratio of 7.4. Add to that a prospective dividend yield of 4.6 per cent, and I see 50 per cent share price upside, having included the shares in my 2019 Bargain Share Portfolio at just below the current offer price. Buy."

"profits are set to scale up sharply as last year’s underlying operating margin of 20 per cent ratchets up towards the board's 40 per cent target rate"
"I would recommend staying fully invested in Gresham House though given that the shares offer potentially 41 per cent to my 650p target price. Buy."

Clear multi-year EOD breakout and on good volume too.
Bodes well imo.
"Asiamet Resources PLC (LON:ARS) shares rallied as Arden reiterated its price target of 23p."
“It is, therefore, one of the most appealing development opportunities in the junior copper space with both near-term cash flow and exploration upside.”
23p is certainly significant upside from the current SP!
Someone buying 2 lots of 250k there at 8.6 by the looks of it.
Those 8.589 trades are all buys.
The current quote to buy 75000 shares with HL is 8.589.
Wisheyedbortum - the closing share price on the day before the LG Chem deal was 23.2p and the current mid is 42.8p. I make that an 84% rise in price.
So I'd beg to differ and say that the SP has indeed reacted to recent news. 84% isn't just a minor move.
I think 2019 will be a big year for the share price. The CEO in recent interviews makes a point of emphasising that he thinks that this will be the year for multiple deals, and there is the potential for ones similar in size to the LG Chem deal.
If the share price can move 84% on the back of the LG Chem deal, then if multiple deals land this year there is the chance of a much larger move.
Another point the CEO makes is that AVCT is significantly undervalued when viewed against comparators. Yes, they are a bit further down the line, but he is confident that this is where AVCT can go over the next couple of years.

I agree that patience is key, and with multiple near term deals likely I think that it will be rewarded handsomely.
Some excellent reviews coming in for DiRT Rally 2.0. Good news for BIDS and CDM.

A lot more buying today and looks like it's going to be a big volume day.
Some fairly sizeable buys as well with 150k, 100k, 50k, 40k and 35k blocks taken.
Looking constructive chartwise as well, with the resistance from July last year now acting as support. A swing from here to around 60p perhaps the next move.
And of course the move will be accelerated if a large deal lands. And plenty are expected.
"Moreover, a number of major pharma/biotech companies are nearing the end of a significant period of validation of Affimers against their specific targets, and it is likely that more deals will be announced in 2019"

And should start getting increased interest with Dirt Rally 2.0 release:

Chart interesting too. Looks to be on the way back up.
FT article also notes the possibility of a bid: "a bid from a larger group eager for its tech and licences would be far from surprising."
"UK games making in pole position for digital discovery
Expanded online distribution will help steer Codemasters to further success"
FT article higlighting that CDM trades at a significant discount to the likes of TM17 and FDEV, but the discount could well be narrowed if plans by the CEO to expand in key areas prove successful.

Puzzling as to why Ann Gloag even bothered if you think about it.
Say she bought 5964229 shares on 19th Sept 18 at 6p and sold them on 21st Feb 2019 at 9p. That's a profit of £178,927.
Yet her net worth in 2015 (Wikipedia) was £1.04 billion.
So the profit she made was a miniscule 5,812th of her net worth.
That's the equivalent of making £17.20 profit on a portfolio of £100k. Seems totally pointless from a monetary perspective.
---
So clearly her transaction wasn't to do with the money. Maybe it was more about helping get publicity for Bidstack when it was listed.
It makes more sense if it was to help promote the company and get it off the ground initially. It could be that some directors are known to her and she was keen to help.
Perhaps now the company has successfully launched she feels she has done her job and is happy to move on.
Indeed. Very early in the story yet.
In the weeks and months ahead, more publishers are likely to be signed up and the number of games with advertising using Bidstack's technology is going to grow significantly. This is a great growth story in the making.
James Draper is happily holding on to his 20.75% of the company because he knows where the share price is going.

Strong hints that more deals are coming in the short term. Great stuff.
Things could get very exciting in the coming weeks.
Nobbygnome's later post also mentions: "In my one to one discussions AZ were mentioned a few times so I would hazard a guess they could be a future partner....."
A deal with Astrazeneca could certainly put a rocket under the share price.
